Not without providing new archivesAaaand she’s gone again
Christ on a bike, my thumbs have smoke coming out of them I’ve never gone to ground so quick before! Feel like I should have a hole in the wall with a go-bag containing fake passports, foreign currency etcIf @shugabug23's e-mail is listed elsewhere (e.g. yelp) could actually be incredibly trivial, can also be used to find profiles on FB, linkedin etc.
Strongly recommend blocking her and removing these posts linking your irl details to your tattle account. Consider protecting tweets or removing work e-mail from twitter for time being.
It‘s sort of a hole, hole, hole.Well well well
Paddy Power "Request Bets" tab is your friendShall we start to lay our bets on the comeback? Will it be "Hi, not really here, just popping in, hope you're all ok out there?" or "Bad Mentals" or full on "THE TROLLS HAVE RUINED MY WHOLE LIFE, THE BASTARDS" followed by a bit of tin rattling?
#JackflapsKeep the cum/nut away from my pancakes tho.
I'm going to throw a bit in about her claiming she was waiting to see what happened with Elon Musk and his verification etc. Hinting/inferring that she's in with the tech community, since she knows how to trace IPs.Shall we start to lay our bets on the comeback? It's also how she pulls off the patreon grift as it shows her doing actual work and gives validation from established trusted organisations. I wouldn't have dreamt before now that official organisations like the Welsh housing thing, charity's such as Trussell Trust, and even parliamentary committees do so little due diligence. If I was even a mild (not actually rabid) Jackolyte I would use these appearances as proof that she was legit. I really hope that they did bin her & word spreads further & further. Those speaking opportunities belong to other genuine voices. (Although I now trust precisely NO-ONE)Just gonna add 2p re being paid to speak at events. As an ex-speaker and ex-organiser of events, nationally and abroad, speakers are very rarely paid IME. Yes to expenses, but rarely for speaking. I had very few people ever ask for a speaker fee, especially not when third sector, community, policy etc events.
So, now she is toxic, this won't be a loss of income per se, but it will be a loss of yet another platform to promote books etc from which she would derive income.
She's fuxed.
ETA: and no, Jack, you can't have the 2p. Get tae duck.
The Guardian felt that I was just too working class with my Essex accent and a lifetime of prejudice against me. Few will ever understand the pain and suffering you are subjected to for the crime of being an able bodied white English woman in the South of England. She's got to be itching to say something about the guardian cancellation
"The trolls and detractors are crowing at my Guardian Live talk being cancelled, but what they don't know is on that date I'll be living the life of my wildest dreams and moving into a one bed flat where I can paint the walls in drainpipe"
When I started self employment I was being told that I can 'claim back' all the cost for my clothing (work outdoors) & even for sports massages as its a physical job. I was like eh? My understanding was that you don't claim anything 'back', you list legitimate business costs and offset the cost of these against the amount of tax you would have had to pay on your earnings, sort of. Massages would be very unlikely to be accepted.Just going back to the last thread, claims are regularly made here that Jack puts all sorts of things for work down as expenses to reduce her tax bill. I'd just like to remind everyone that we have no evidence to support this at all.
It's also a myth that freelancers can claim for loads of things. The only things you can put down as allowable expenses are items that you use EXCLUSIVELY for work. You can also claim percentages for things you use for work and personal life, eg broadband if you work from home, so you may, for example, claim 50% if your work and personal usage are about the same.
Clothes are only allowable as an expense if they are specific work clothes (high viz jackets, painters overall, chef jackets, etc) or for a performance (dinosaur costume, wig for a play). You cannot put a dress down on expenses because you wore it at a book reading.
I'd imagine it's entirely above board for her to get decent knives and perhaps a specialised high end pan and some crockery for photography as expenses, but just because her dining table appears in food shots doesn't turn it magically into an allowable expense.
OK, quarterly PSA over.
