If they don't the CCJ she acquired only a couple of years ago will.Surely Jack's late/missing rent payments would kiss tata to a mortgage?

Don't forget she simultaneously also never missed a single payment thoughSurely Jack's late/missing rent payments would kiss tata to a mortgage?
That has to be the thread title. It’s what Her Maj would have wantedI've had a bastardised version of the Proclaimers on my Internal Jukebox for weeks and wish to pass it on:
But Jack has told 400 lies and she will tell 400 more
Should we be worried that she’s baked them in a pie (or a pumble)? She claimed she had a team during lockdown who she had to buy computer equipment for. No one has ever heard of them again
Depends - rent isn't always reported to the credit reference agencies so late payment may not affect her.Surely Jack's late/missing rent payments would kiss tata to a mortgage?
That CCJ has baffled me. It's a small amount for someone who is determined to get their own house any time soon.Depends - rent isn't always reported to the credit reference agencies so late payment may not affect her.
Her current CCJ on the other hand - no way is she getting a mortgage with that on her record.
The crappy bungalow has 3 nice size bedrooms. But for some reason she’s sleeping on the sofa.I always associate it with animal rescues and find it really weird when adults use it to refer to their own house.
Do we know how many bedrooms the crappy bungalow has? In my head it's a 5 bed but I'm realising I don't actually have that backed up by facts. I'm just picturing this sprawling property full of her tat. That would be excessive so I'm assuming it's less.
If a DD on her bank account couldn’t be fulfilled it will leave credit history on the bank account. Rent is rarely added to credit history unless you arrange it. But unless she pays rent in crumpled fivers failed payments due to insufficient funds for anything will leave history and cause issues.Depends - rent isn't always reported to the credit reference agencies so late payment may not affect her.

The bungalow is 3 bed, her parents' house is 5.I always associate it with animal rescues and find it really weird when adults use it to refer to their own house.

Bingo, echo of the "I can feed a family of 3 for £20pw" - "and as a result saved enough over 10 years to buy a flat in cash, no I'm not answering questions I've been telling you how I did it thankyou". This of course furthering the whole 'she's the Tory's wet dream' thing. It's all maneuvering and setting the stage to continue the cosplay.Yes, and if she gets called out for buying a house she can use the "I was desperately saving every penny so SB and I could have a forever home" and her worshippers will praise her for being such a good person.
More so if you had late credit payments, things that will bag your credit score like her CCJ plus put you in a high risk group, rather than rent. One of the reasons why you should never borrow on credit to make a payment that won't affect your credit history anyway (notwithstanding eviction).Surely Jack's late/missing rent payments would kiss tata to a mortgage?
Well, that's the liver & onions I was having for me tea cancelledWish she'd stop using the word "nix". I mean I know it means cancel/delete in nerdy terms but all I can think about when I see her use it is a big pair of nix holding in her unruly labia.
It's quite a Mumsnet term, generally to a large house that will do you until the kids grow up. It's not the first house you buy.I always associate it with animal rescues and find it really weird when adults use it to refer to their own house.

How much / what is it for? New story for me!That CCJ has baffled me. It's a small amount for someone who is determined to get their own house any time soon.
It's not a small amount for someone in actual poverty but, speaking from experience, you tend to get a lot of payment offers and opportunities to pay, as well as the matter going to court. It's rather curious to me really. Especially as she's allegedly had bailiffs at the door and CCJs before etc
It's the accounts. You don't have to publish accounts as a sole trader but you do as a Ltd company, I think she realised people would cotton on exactly how much she was raking in.Well I can fathom a reason, but duck me thats dumb.
Didn't someone on here say her latest CCJ was early 2021?Depends - rent isn't always reported to the credit reference agencies so late payment may not affect her.

For the life of me I cannot fathom how rent on an 850k house can be taking up 90% of an income which must be above 135k a year, and is more than likely way above that. Especially as she gets her food shopping for 20quid. Maybe rents are really silly where she lives and far exceed any notions of market value and everyone is on such enormous salaries that she cant compete...
Ah, I hadn't realised, it's been a long time since I had a bounced payment of any sort, the last six years of my credit reports are immaculate. If a DD on her bank account couldn’t be fulfilled it will leave credit history on the bank account.
