Surely Jack's late/missing rent payments would kiss tata to a mortgage?
Depends - rent isn't always reported to the credit reference agencies so late payment may not affect her.

Her current CCJ on the other hand - no way is she getting a mortgage with that on her record.

Letting that ltd company close would seem astronomically stupid. It simplies your tax arrangements massively especially with diverse income streams and can become a get out of tax free card once you start with dividens etc. Once you become a sole trader, that patreon, paypal, all of it become very taxable. THey are not going to swallow 'it was a donation' when it says quite clearl on patreon it was not a donation and it comes in regular as clockwork.

Keeping a Ltd company structure is not hard, your accountant does most of the work, I cannot fathom whywith income streams like this taxes werenpt paid and documents filed, so someone with this structure to their income would become subject to the rules of sole traders. Well I can fathom a reason, but duck me thats dumb.

That CCJ has baffled me. It's a small amount for someone who is determined to get their own house any time soon.

It's not a small amount for someone in actual poverty but, speaking from experience, you tend to get a lot of payment offers and opportunities to pay, as well as the matter going to court. It's rather curious to me really. Especially as she's allegedly had bailiffs at the door and CCJs before etc

I always associate it with animal rescues and find it really weird when adults use it to refer to their own house.

Do we know how many bedrooms the crappy bungalow has? In my head it's a 5 bed but I'm realising I don't actually have that backed up by facts. I'm just picturing this sprawling property full of her tat. That would be excessive so I'm assuming it's less.
The crappy bungalow has 3 nice size bedrooms. But for some reason she’s sleeping on the sofa.

If a DD on her bank account couldn’t be fulfilled it will leave credit history on the bank account. Rent is rarely added to credit history unless you arrange it. But unless she pays rent in crumpled fivers failed payments due to insufficient funds for anything will leave history and cause issues.

The bungalow is 3 bed, her parents' house is 5.

Yes, and if she gets called out for buying a house she can use the "I was desperately saving every penny so SB and I could have a forever home" and her worshippers will praise her for being such a good person.
Bingo, echo of the "I can feed a family of 3 for £20pw" - "and as a result saved enough over 10 years to buy a flat in cash, no I'm not answering questions I've been telling you how I did it thankyou". This of course furthering the whole 'she's the Tory's wet dream' thing. It's all maneuvering and setting the stage to continue the cosplay.

Surely Jack's late/missing rent payments would kiss tata to a mortgage?
More so if you had late credit payments, things that will bag your credit score like her CCJ plus put you in a high risk group, rather than rent. One of the reasons why you should never borrow on credit to make a payment that won't affect your credit history anyway (notwithstanding eviction).

Wish she'd stop using the word "nix". I mean I know it means cancel/delete in nerdy terms but all I can think about when I see her use it is a big pair of nix holding in her unruly labia.
Well, that's the liver & onions I was having for me tea cancelled :ROFLMAO:

It's quite a Mumsnet term, generally to a large house that will do you until the kids grow up. It's not the first house you buy.

Didn't someone on here say her latest CCJ was early 2021?

She really has no excuses for this, given that "this" has been her career for 10 years, as she keeps repeating. If she hadn't been so stupid to run out and buy a middle/upper class sofa with her £20k, she would have had a good portion of a deposit. Add to that a 5 figure (her words) deal with just one brand partner and the mind just boggles! I mean, we all know her excuse is she's tit with money, but it's ludicrous the amount of wonga she's had through her hands over the past few years!

Why does she spend £169 every month on an oven? Is it on finance - and if so how did she get it on finance with a CCJ? If she got it before the CCJ it must be the most expensive oven in the world.

Even big commercial catering ovens are less than £5000 (much less, if you shop around). I just looked at a couple of sites and I can pick up a six burner size that wouldn’t even fit in my kitchen for £2500 plus vat brand new. And commercial catering ovens wouldn’t be useful for testing her slop.

Must be Jackmaths. Like the council tax which can’t be £280 (and I accept that if it was 271 or so it would be understandable to call it £280) unless she’s also paying off arrears.

For the life of me I cannot fathom how rent on an 850k house can be taking up 90% of an income which must be above 135k a year, and is more than likely way above that. Especially as she gets her food shopping for 20quid. Maybe rents are really silly where she lives and far exceed any notions of market value and everyone is on such enormous salaries that she cant compete...

The figure she claims through her 'income' and the percentage is several hundred cheaper than the rent on a three bed ex council on a Croydon housing estate - the sort that the likes of her would wear a stab vest to go to (only if she had at least three bodyguards, natch). And, of course, there's no seaside or tennis club over the back.

Ah, I hadn't realised, it's been a long time since I had a bounced payment of any sort, the last six years of my credit reports are immaculate.
