Evidence the lodger is real and that the bungalow isn’t that tit!

Her council tax is enormous at £280 a month even if she’s paying over 10 months rather than12 as this on low income would it means she can only be in top bands available in Southend and isn’t claiming single occupancy discount. Which means her not allowed lodger must be on the council tax roll. View attachment 1590373View attachment 1590375View attachment 1590376

'And I definitely havent included everything. Eddie Murphy used to say he had entries for 50k on his tax return for snacks. Bythe by that budget uses up her patreon money if EVERYONE is on the lowest tier. Given that has been blown out of the water, we still have between 9 and 13 thousand a month patreon to account for, before we get to book royalties, corporate sponsorships and the money Asda have given her to make sure every ingredient in her blog is Asda and for selling the lie she does her shopping on 20quid a week. If we add the twenty quid a week to those figures she has provided, we have a walloping great amount of money she is presumably going to have put down as snacks on that tax return...

Bit tricky these days due to money laundering rules - it will be scrutinised
Sure but there are fewer questions if the money has been 'saved' over a long period and even fewer if the money has been sat in your account for oh let's say, 6 months 😏
Makes you think.

For Jack specifically it would make an awful lot of sense to buy in cash and jump through those hoops versus the hoops involved in getting a mortgage.

My take on the pov cosplay is let's just say she brings in £5k pcm, her outgoings are £2.5k and she puts away the other £2.5k (could be astronomically more though) in some form of savings, investment etc. Then cries poverty for having £0 'left'. I think that's her whole angle.

The Irish adjacent may notice a trend in the names of the suspicious accounts as mentioned by JennyNumbers and others. Mmmhmmm.
Wasn't someone looking at Irish names for a hypothetical future baby. I seem to remember Saoirse being a favourite, which would no doubt fill Jack's mum with joy.

That's illegal in the UK. You could only put down such items if they were only ever used for work purposes, I.e. proper stage costumes, specialist theatre make up, protective clothing for builders, etc.
Ah ok. This was an Irish author so maybe the rules are different there? I was surprised. I’ve got a friend whose an author and I know she doesn’t claim so thought she may be missing a trick!

She's said in the past that she "pays" herself the equivalent of full time National Minimum Wage (or Living wage?). She should have built up a tidy little nest egg by now.

Coming from the past so apologies if already said. A couple of points.

Maybe she pays herself the max salary to avoid tax as below threshold (about 740quid a month) and is using that to make her point. Ignoring dividends and the rest of the earnings…

AND I assume we already have this great detective on the case!
I have no idea, but as a sole trader she should only have profit or loss - no dividends. I assume that she treats the Patreon and tips as her salary, and any income from public speaking etc as commission. I doubt that she is declaring the Patreon and PayPal though.

And what about the locked away tight nest egg that was purely for the purpose of her and SB to go adventuring this summer? What on earth happened to that plan?

Spent it all on spam and scampi fries at a caravan park.

She said in one of her interviews that she earned £22,000 p/a for 120 hours per week.

And shouldn't this nest egg be growing weekly, as she is saving the money she used to spend on drink?

Makes you think

Yes, and if she gets called out for buying a house she can use the "I was desperately saving every penny so SB and I could have a forever home" excuse and her worshippers will praise her for being such a good person.

Is it just me (or tit maths) that the £280 per month doesnt equal any of those amounts -
Either at:
£280 x 10
£280 x 12

or the above with 25% added to make up for the single person discount?
Yeah it doesn’t quite but I included both last and this year rates given she oosted around the start of the tax year - but yea she must have lied or got it a bit wrong. If we give her benefit of doubt still puts her in one of nicest houses in area; unless she’s paying off massive arrears, which would block a mortgage.
