Jack also refers to herself as a journalist and is referred to as a journalist which I find hugely offensive as someone adjacent to three journalists.While anyone can call themselves a nutritionist- it’s not a protected title, unlike dietitian - Lily actually does have quite relevant Qualifications .

Honestly, why would anyone hire her to advise on diabetic diets is beyond me. One of my closest friends is a specialist diabetic paediatric dietician so this bullshit really, really makes me angry. It’s fucking dangerous
I think it could be Jacks number even if Content is staying with SBs dad. Remember SBs dad works full time whilst Jack just behaves strangely in a bungalow and has cashos sent to her by gullible people. If Content went missing and was found it would likely make more sense to drop her off at Jacks rather than potentially drag SBs dad away from work. Grunking again but this sounds amazing!!I use an app that holds my recipes and keeps track of what I have in the freezer. I've also got a fairly good grasp of what's in the fridge and cupboards. Menu planning goes like so:
- Open menu planning website and outlook diary. Check if there are any days when I'm out in the evening.
- Use menu planning website to plan week's menus, being careful I'm not left with half a block of feta or something weird to carry over
- open shopping list part of menu planning website, tick off the things I know I have plenty of.
- grab phone, open menu planning app on phone, go to shopping list bit.
- Take phone into kitchen, check the remaining bits on the list, delete the ones I have.
- Go shopping with much smaller list
