Ffs it's too young to be walked outside. You're not supposed to take them out till they've had their second lot of jabs.shes just off out on the puppies first proper walk, great timing quarter to 11 right in the baking heat of the day.

I know a few horror stories involving cats and rabbits unfortunately. Dogs too. In fact my most recent rescue was the subject of a cat attack before she came to me and her condition was critical for a while. Luckily she pulled through with intensive care from the vet. Rabbits are prey animals and cats are predators. As someone whose background is veterinary, I would personally never keep them together in the house. I know it can work but I would not risk it personally. I have over two decades of specialised experience in rabbits and even a mere scratch can lead to fatal sepis, rabbits go downhill very fast.Cats are generally OK with rabbits though I believe. The ones I know who live in shared spaces, the cats are fascinated by the rabbits but would never harm them, the odd swipe or bop but that's it.
Cooper seems like quite a gentle cat
She clearly got bored with the rabbit
When her son goes to secondary school her son is going to get slagged rotten
There's that banger Monroes son. The zoomer that carries her dog in a sling and fed you water and weetabix. Kids can be mean.
I actually had the fear that she bought it for the new dog
I don't think he's that daft. She hung him out to dry all over the press for years making out that he was a bad parentI've long thought that too.
I can only assume he's always pined for her as I can't think of any other reason why he would be so tolerant of her crap, especially about SB.
He definitely moved in at some point last year. The moving the front room round nonsense was to create another bedroom for him and his other kids. She seems to have had a bee in her bonnet about her 'blended family ' since the caravan last summer. The references to 'my kids' and 'my family '
She bought another 'Raa' for her next baby and frequently talked about SBs siblings being there, especially the 'cuddled up in bed' with them (which was creepy AF)
I also think this is why she extended the lease, she thought this was now her permanent family.
My personal opinion was that Mini couldn't be sold and SBs dad was stuck with the kitten. As he was living there it automatically became their cat as a couple and left whenever SBs dad left.
(Obviously m'lud this is just an opinion that I've formed due to Jack's frequent over sharing on SM)

I know what you mean. It's also unsettling because the exaggerated performance of carrying a pet around in a sling shows that she's not thinking about the animal's welfare, but her own image as a devoted pet owner. It's like she's trying to paint herself as a saviour because she's rescuing the animal and taking such good care of it. But when something bad happens, e.g. the animal becomes ill, she can use it for sympathy and drama. The reason I'm so concerned is because I think Jack views the animals as a possible source of attention and sympathy, and I wouldn't put it past her to neglect the dog and then use its condition for social media drama in a 'munchausens by proxy' scenario. I'm sorry if this suggestion is out of line. I feel cynical and unkind for even thinking it, but JM has such a bad record with pets that it's hard not to think the worst.I’ve seen those pics but can’t remember where. I found it pretty disturbing. I can’t quite articulate it but something to do with her not having the right boundaries between animal and human, or owner and animal.
ETA I’m not implying anything truly “wrong” here - more just uncanny valley type wrong, if that makes sense? Someone please report if not.

Cooper's territory is the house and garden, Dash's was the garage, so Cooper would not have been used to him or seen him all that regularly. Plus Cooper is huge and he knows it. He was the king of the castle until now, he will be raging and might attack the poor pup.
I also disagree about Cooper being gentle. I think he is a beast (he would have to be to survive Jack) and he was filmed and photographed being quite rough with the disabled kitten. I fear he may have brought about her passing and maybe Mini too.
The Inedible Journey
Sorry to quote myself but I left it too late to edit...
I meant the LINGREENIE not lingerie ffs, I've got all sorts of awful things in my head now!
This is great, I hope she keeps giving her advice as Jack's more likely to listen to her than ~anonymous trolls~. That said, I don't see the friendship lasting much longer. That is Jack's IRL friend with the spaniel.
Wise Spaniel Friend must be a secret frau/Tory/gammon/white winger because obviously that is the only possible reason to disagree with Jack. This is great, I hope she keeps giving her advice as Jack's more likely to listen to her than ~anonymous trolls~. Yes, I relate!
my OH (I still have one, Jack) often says ‘I can’t believe what I’m about to do in front of a dog’ but honestly the dog will not leave the room. He’s the gaffer in our house. At bedtime he will not go upstairs until we’ve both gone up before him. I swear if he could switch the lights off he would insist on doing that too.
Hard agree about Cooper being neglected. His nose in 2020 is a case in point. I think he is resilient and independent enough to manage and probably catches his own food or gets fed by the neighbours. Dash on the other hand was confined to a dark tomb and entirely reliant on Jack who is actually krptonite to animals. It's incredibly sad. Us bunny fraus were really hoping Dash had been rehomed with a capable owner but sadly Jack didn't do the decent thing. I just hope it was quick because the other scenarios are horrible to contemplate. The thing is though the person as you know who has caused all of that is Monroe
She was warned not to just fling Cooper and the kitten together and did it anyway. Same with mini and now with this dog.
I personally think Cooper is neglected even if he's fed and watered.
From what I remember of Jack's insta, he was adopted with another bunny when Jack lived in her flat previous or before previous to the not bungalow and he lived in a hutch in the flat. I don't think he lived in the bungalow but I'm not 100% sure. She did have him for a few years but nothing like the decade he could have lived for.Did dash not live in the house at one point until she decided to fling him in the garage. I'm sure he did from recollection.
I've never done the deed as it were back in the days when I knew what shagging was in front of any of my catsSame here except swap dog with cat. Our ginger tom likes to know EXACTLY what we are doing at ALL times and has been known to come (poor choice of word!) f2f with us at the worst of times. Doesn’t stop us mind you!
She has no reason to be rattling that tip jar for her new dog. If she can afford a grand for a dog she can put the tip jar away
Right, took me a bit to find it but this is what I was on about yesterday - the 'kerching' SuperVets thing with that poor kitten... we're going to get the same thing happening again here, aren't we?
What worries me more is her working out how much puppies can cost and times it by 8

You're absolutely spot on, of course. She won't though! She has no reason to be rattling that tip jar for her new dog. If she can afford a grand for a dog she can put the tip jar away
