Shabbat is a really big deal in Israel, even for the non-religious. Almost everything is closed from sundown Friday night when it starts, to when thing's open back up on Sunday morning. It's also gone 8:30pm out there now.It's already Shabbat in Israel so if he's observant Jewish, which the move to Israel would suggest he is, she's not getting a reply until tomorrow evening - and he's probably going to have his own aneurysm when he sees what's waiting for him by that point!

That’s very interesting. A family member of mine specialised in childrens nursing.I always remember how adamant they were about how differently children present compared to adults . One of the frightening things was how much more quickly a childs medical condition can plummet into the danger zone compared to an adult . They come back up quicker as well but that’s no good if the person treating them has left it to late to assess them.Thank you for this.
My SiL is a nurse and has worked in a&e and has always been very dismissive of paracetamol overdoses saying how you'd need 00s to actually kill yourself. She generally talks a lot of sense about things, but this never quite rang true

I don’t think I’m quoting the right person but my 4G is shite and can’t go back but same. A close family member attempted to take their life when I was 9 and the impact on our family was devastating. I spent much of my childhood in and out of hospitals/rehab units. They are now severely brain damaged. I have felt like doing the same (MH frau) but couldn’t put my kids through it. They will never know.My heart goes out to you. Truly.
To think that Jack can be so flippant over this is terrifying. To think of the damage she is potentially causing to so many people when she repeatedly and unsolicitedly (I hope that’s a word) raises this topic, with no warning, is worse.
She has openly acknowledged that her pre-teen son Google’s her and reads her Twitter and even this isn’t enough for her to think twice about the shock tactics.
