What is this nonsense. I’m not a hugger either but when I met a pal before last Christmas I hugged him because I had had such little physical contact in lockdown. Otherwise I don’t hug people. Hugging people doesn’t make you grow as a person you idiot. Paying your taxes and stop begging from your followers might.
I am not overly affectionate. I rarely hug anyone ( except my children and possibly by OH😂) my sibling has got a new partner and she seems very full on, I have only met her once and I might be in a few weeks and I am terrified she might be huggy and overly friendly. Im just not that person.

It's not snobbery that stops other people making risotto using 'broken longgrain* rice', it's the observation that it produces a totally different texture. Hence one might call a dish using long grain, savoury rice or something along those lines.

*longgrain is the new thankyou

The whizzing up flour in a blender tip is bullshit too I take it?
I know the sugar thing works but the flour thing is different but I’m too tired to google

She’s an absolute bleeping moron for Tweeting that to help people ‘save money’. They’ll end up with a tit result. Bread flour has more protein, and pasta and pizza flours have different gluten ratios. I would expect Jack Monroe former Foodbank user and literal food expert to know this. You can get away with using plain flour but, truly, you will get different results.

I’m going to make myself some cheese on toast but I’ve no bread so I’m going to use a cardboard Amazon box because it is cheap and everything is the bleeping same.
