Is this one of the only examples where someone’s number one fan is the lovely grounded sane one? I mean, if you were going to do a Death of Versace style drama inspired by Jack, Jack’d be the one travelling through the country on a misguided fib fuelled rampage. By all rights Nims would be chilling in the Miami beachside mansion, pottering about innocently rinsing her beans.

I’m reminded of years ago when Sarkozy was president of France and claimed to have been at the fall of the Berlin Wall. That was one (potential) lie and attempt to centre himself and he got destroyed online - journalists investigating the authenticity of the photograph and the birth of a meme in which people would photoshop Sarkozy’s face into all sorts of historical scenes
Obviously Sarkozy was a much more prominent figure than Jack but I wonder if she’s aware that her success could also lead to her downfall. If she keeps acting like this, more attention will lead to more sceptics picking apart her lies and calling out her narcissism. Internet call-out/cancel culture is rife and it would only be a matter of time. Even if she managed to rein it in from now on (unlikely, she can’t help herself), with cases of people being called out for things that happened over a decade ago does she have a chance?
I think on some level she’s aware of this danger and it might help to explain her (perhaps subconscious) self-sabotage. Growing in popularity would expose her to critics, weaken her echo chamber, and mean that she would have further to fall
(Not necessarily saying I agree with cancel culture as it’s often toxic but just observing and speculating re: Jack)

A bottle of 70cl whiskey has 28 units of alcohol. 5 bottles would be 140 units, so more if she was drinking 200 units a week thatis 7 bottles of whiskey a week. Bullshit. She was taking her son to school daily was she not? If she was that boozed up someone would have smelled her.

It was a twitter account. I think they contacted @Saturn or someone else claiming Jack and Louisa had split.

Registered nurse here who regularly looks after people withdrawing from alcohol. If she was drinking 200 units of alcohol a week as she claims before going sober there is NO WAY she would have been able to safely go cold turkey from that amount. She would either have had to have reduced her intake gradually or had medical intervention/supervision over a few days. We assess someone for symptoms of alcohol withdrawal every 90 minutes, giving them diazepam to ease the symptoms and also reduce the risk of seizures/delirium tremens. She would also have had to have IV / IM injections of thiamine / B vitamins in order to prevent brain damage. Either she went for an inpatient detox or she's exaggerating how much she drank every week. Alcohol withdrawal can be fatal if not managed properly.
I haven’t kept up to date with Jack’s more recent threads ( back to work proper ) but has Superfan shaved her hair off.....like Jack?
