The one thing about all this is imagine being her.

Imagine getting what you think is the gig of your life and then someone from a higher order has to beg on your behalf to make you some money.

Surely a decade into a career ( even a self employed one) you should be somewhat comfortable enough and successful enough not to need someone to big you up and get people to take notice.

Honestly, this is no slight on her if but it was me I would feel so humiliated. That ten years into my career I am still at beginner level despite thinking I'm finally doing well.

I cannot believe people think that someone with an iPhone 13 needs their life funded. And that isn’t “people on budgets can’t have nice things” it’s just a fact that Jack buys herself top end luxury items, clearly she is fine for money. But she has PURPOSELY told them she ONLY has £34 in her bank. She is an moral disgrace and karma will get her.

Sorry for rage text, wanted to try lighten the mood but really stuck on the winter fuel allowance incident, I had seen you guys talk about it but hadn’t ever seen the tweets. Throw her and big Nige in the volcano.

I'm not sure she has the self-awareness to be particularly humiliated by Nigella's signal boosting her, or by living off Patreon - she sees it as her god given right to have supportive benefactors imo. I think what *might* humiliate her is the thought of Nigella seeing these tweets about her unpaid tax etc. But then she'll probably be all up in Nigella's DMs complaining about her evil mithering trolls and put it down to that. And Nigella, being a bit thick and also immensely privileged, won't think too much about it.

The cat thing has bothered me. I have owned many cats over the years and it is a complete fallacy that they are cheap and easy to own.

My 2 cats are insured (vet bills are astronomical without it) and I pay into a health club monthly to be able to afford things like boosters etc, instead of having to pay large one off payments.

With food they probably cost me £100 a month, and whilst I dont begrudge people owing pets as they bring with them a lot of benefits....they are a luxury. So I'm surprised she got another cat in December and then in the next breathe can't afford to put heating on.
