I’m so sorry you lost your beloved. I’ve got no better words. It’s heartbreaking and awful and unfair.Four years (anniversary last week) since my love lost his life to cancer. I could do without ouchy mouth tosser muscling in for sad fishing and sympathy but here we are - again. There really are no depths she will plunge to, are there.
As per PoorPatrols comment - you have myriad specialists in cancer care. As well as other involvement such as surgeons and secondary treatment consults. Even dentist for Christ sake (no teeth removal during certain treatment so need to be done prior).

Jack using someone’s diagnosis for attention must be particularly upsetting for you, I just hope the person in question isn’t aware of her behaviour.
