Even the headline is misleading: “Jack Monroe defends vegan partnership with Linda McCartney after backlash because she eats meat.“ The problem with JM isn’t that she eats a bit of meat/fish but more her attitude to meat and animal welfare, and her lack of respect to veganism. Also, the fact that she doesn’t exactly have a good track record when it comes to Veganuary. It didn’t mention how long it took for Linda Mac to reply to ANY of the criticism or even read the messages. And what’s with all this “occasionally” bunkum? There’s a heap load of lips and tits sausages have passed through her household (and, as has been mentioned, all of the dairy).

I won't bore on about him, but my husband had been homeless -actual living in a box type homeless - and for Jack to compare having to downgrade her luxury executive apartment to that just makes me angry. She's got no idea of the real world. She's like a child who has been set a creative writing task, and has to add *all* the cliched tropes to impress their teacher.
