Just done an eye-watering bedtime grunk, only to be kind of disappointed with Terminator Squiggle. I’m in two minds. I think if I was going to call someone out publicly, I’d make a new, anonymous, account. That said, the fraus are never wrong! Also re the other threads, deadnaming, going too far... I dunno. I call Jack a cunt all the time, but that’s because she lies to people to gain attention and money. Calling someone a cunt for being gay or trans or changing their name? Nah. I’d say something every time. I hope that’s always clear to anyone lurking or new to the thread. i get annoyed at her co-opting of ADHD, autism and neurodiversity in general also, as someone with a professional and personal specialism/interest () and my own diagnosis. i actually hate social media and don’t use it because i notice the people who are loudest publicly about their difficulties/differences often seem to have their own ulterior motive for doing so be it financial, for attention, internet fame or as a means to excuse their behaviour. most of us are just trying to struggle on with our lives quietly finding ways to manage and while i do think the actual reality of different neurodiverse presentations and the impact of ‘symptoms’ should be visible, loud attention-seeking people like JM drown out others voices and actually don’t help the cause at all IMO.

i don’t want to be all medical model either but i don’t trust that some of the louder advocates (no one in specific, just in general) do actually meet the clinical criteria, since it’s on the internet and people can portray their presentation and any diagnoses however they like. often for autism especially i notice so many self-diagnosed people putting themselves out as figureheads and speaking for others and attacking people. traits of neurodevelopmental conditions are present in every person but it’s the co-occurrence, pervasiveness throughout the lifespan and across different contexts, and the impact and while self-diagnosis for autism is valid because of lack of diagnostic services for adults especially, i see things getting quite out of hand on social media and it bothers me. the ADHD stuff bothers me more though. i hate seeing people like JM talking about the medication that they take and specifically highlighting how it’s a controlled drug, a stimulant, anything else JM has said about hers that i can’t remember now. she is majorly attention-seeking on that front (just remembered another - when she made a big deal about not giving the name of her medication because it makes you lose weight! i eat like fuck on mine btw )

this is a pointless post with no real purpose really, just wanted to chip in with my thoughts in support of others who get pissed off about this. went off on a tangent so i apologise

She has no real love or joy of food and that picture just now is a prime example of why she shouldn’t be held up as a poster girl for austerity or anything else. At best it’s attention seeking, at worst similar to the kinds of things you see on ‘thinspiration’ threads and discussions. Very troubling.

I found this place because of the blackeye shenanigans and came out when it was mentioned a lot of new fraus were appearing and the 'what brought you here?' question was asked.
I was going to go straight back to lurking but couldn't help myself but join in.
I was a follower of Jack but after finding this place never commented on her stuff again.
She was actually quite handy for ideas when Mrs TUIT decided to reduce meat in our lives.
I made the mistake of liking something from a squiggle she took against and was blocked.
I'd also assume that has happened to a few other people out there too.
I think it's a bit kind of 'arrogant' of us (It's not the word I'm looking for but will have to do for now) to assume that every dumped squiggle is going to end up here.
That we are the only ones who see through her bullshit others are and are lashing out at her via Twitter.
Her preferred medium.
I know there have been interlopers here before, I was suckered by a chocolate bar at one point.
But if some of us, and I include myself in this, talk about her being called out on Twitter, can we really complain when she is?
Just some thoughts from a very tired TUIT, who had to deal with a broken boiler and the feller who came to fix it on her own today.
