I want more Larry David gifs, please. Is this not a message to Scotland saying 'How could you, a writer, consider publishing an article exposing a fellow writer with disability and mental health issues who promotes support, via Patreon, for an organisation that provides a space for writing about disabled and mental health issues'. It was arranged into seasons with 6 or so weeks of recipes for each one. There was a shopping list each week , if you made mashed potatoes on Monday there was a pie to use the rest up on Thursday. The food was varied, included different types of protein ( so all essential amino acids were consumed) and the pantry staples were exactly that. Sadly it was lost in a move , but that was a book that saved me money and improved my cooking skills and nutritional intake.
