I bake a fair bit and use both normal dried yeast and fast action dried. I use the same amounts whatever one I'm using, just the normal one gets activated first in warm water. I go by the general rule of 7g of yeast to around 500g of flour in a recipe. Not three times that amount

7g of fast action here too, unless I'm being fancy and using fresh yeast when I'll use 12g or 14g

I think Trussell Trust is a good call. She has potential to cause a lot of harm with this, not only for people that will try to copy her, not realising that you cannot provide a balanced diet on this budget, but also by her setting an example that this is OK.

It's not OK for people to have to do a weekly shop for 3 on 20 quid, it should not be accepted, and should not be shown off with gleeful pride as a perfectly manageable thing to do.

What is her relationship with the Trussell Trust now, does anyone know?

I was thinking an email to start to see what response we get initially? Obviously I'd imagine they are incredibly busy right now and an email is easier and quicker for them to reply to?

My theory? This is an opening shot that KS will use one of two ways. Either she will expand upon the real story that she is barely concealing once she is given the necessary legal clearance, or she will use it as leverage and soon find herself employed as a full-time specialist Correspondent on Channel 4 News. JM either has to be ready to face the music, or try and pull some 'Bubble' strings and hope that Kirsty's ambition exceeds her journalistic principles.

I'm not sure if she has a named role as such, tbh all I've seen is the crowdfunding she did and the so called donation of her books? She rarely actually mentions them these days

Tbh earlier when she called us anonymous bullies thought how ridiculous and intentionally devious? This is a forum we’re not gonna have our username as our gov name and postcode are we, our DPs pics of our national insurance cards?!
