They could be parents even without a biological baby, families are much more than that. She doesn’t realise how lucky she is…. Ever

I started watching it whilst I was getting ready this morning, thought I'd pick it back up on the train to work and now it's gone! What have you done with it Em?. I'm not sure if she was complaining about her age - but there was a comment from a lady saying that age is just a number and that some people don't get to have the privilege of ageing.

Well remembered!

To be honest, that sounds pretty miserable and more like menopause than perimenopause. I'm no fan of Em and her shite but she has my sympathy for what she's going through.

Surely she's too young for HRT?

I thought that - the treatment for perimenopause is the minerva coil.........but, Em would have to take her knickers off for that

I watched half of the 'I'm struggling' vlog - nipped to the dentist for a check up......came home and it's been deleted

You can take HRT from any age if you body actually needs it. Drs generally don’t like prescribing it to under 45’s but a specialist would. A lot of Drs know surprisingly little about the menopause.
If she’s miserable she should take it. She’ll probably feel better.
I’m sure this latest funk won’t ruin the holiday though ….
