It's definitely back up now. I imagine this comment 11 hours ago with 18 likes did it. It's so true though, for about three years approaching 40 she kept pity partying on about 'not knowing what to wear for her age' she was in her 30s! I used to find it so baffling.

In my experience GP’s don’t have the time/ training to spend with a patient discussing peri/ meno/ HRT or offer blood tests. Certainly not in a 5 minute consultation. She’d be better off seeing a private meno specialist and getting the correct level of HRT if necessary. But of course that wouldn’t be free…😉🤔

I’m no where near the average age of going through the menopause so I don’t feel hugely qualified to comment on how people should deal with it. That said… doesn’t she have family and friends she can talk to about it? That’s what I’d personally do. I can’t imagine myself ever wanting to tell thousands of strangers on the internet about my personal problems. People can and will comment whatever they like and she knows it upsets her? It’s clearly something she’s struggling with so why is she inviting people to potentially upset her and make her feel worse? And we all know even the nicest comment can upset Em.

Anyone who uploads a video and titles it “I’M STRUGGLING” to get views is a narcissistic twit so Em I have no sympathy, bore the duck off
You completely right there. There’s nothing wrong with her, she has had some bad comments on here and she now needs to do a sympathy post so everyone tells her how wonderful she it. Grow up Emma.
Maybe it’s time for the harry styles video to come out again ha ha

‘Date night’ is a real ‘ick’ of mine 🤢. When I go out for a meal with my OH, we’re going out for a sodding meal. Not a ‘date’. We’ve been married about 100 years! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Poor old Chris never gets time on his own. He's got to ferry her about and accompany her on her social activities, now he has to take her on date nights.

Jeez, she is loving the ‘pause. She flip flops between woe is me to empowered woman shining a light on a little spoken about topic. But it’s not not spoken about……… every fucker with a cervix who likes to share a horror story is chatting about it. All those women who scared you shitless with their birth story can now scare you shitless with their meno’ story. Enough already, let’s hear the stories from people who have had positive experiences. I’m fed up of hearing that women lose their minds and their vag dries up and falls out. Yes some people have a terrible time but not all

I remember asking my nan what giving birth was like when I was first pregnant. She said "you'll soon find out and don't listen to other women" she was an old fashioned Cockney. Em needs to so this or ask her mother. She's got Munchausens, that her only illness.

When I was ten my half-sister(27) had her first child. I remember her telling my mum that she had to be shaved before giving birth. For many years I thought that she was referring to her armpits. 😂

My late mother used to say 'labour pain is a pain you'll soon forget'...... 😂 ..it felt like two 30 stone wrestlers were trying to rip my legs from my pelvis......then they took it in turns to sit on my bump every couple of minutes 😂

My menopause went quite smoothly - the hot flushes aren't as frequent......but, I've got two children, a husband and 19 pets.....so, more could've happened and I've not noticed 😂

These slumps she goes through always seem to come straight after she says she's going to try and do something for the better. She spend a lot of money on a Peleton but now that she doesn't want to get on the thing and do a bit of hard work, she needs to have a slump episode to justify in her mind why she doesn't want to do it.

A lot of her symptoms might be alleviated somewhat by dropping a few stone in weight, eating better, feeling more confident, but she never wants to put in the effort. The perimenopause gives her an excuse in my opinion.
