You can eat it after a month, or even straight away but much better to wait. I’ve eaten it three years later and I’m still here! As long as it’s still sealed properly. Store in fridge after opening. Goes with almost anything especially cheese and gammon(so I’m told, I’m a vegetarian)Dollop it in any curry, stew, etc to liven it up too
