You have had some horrific surgery and are also accident prone (like me!) so don't feel bad, for "going through it" with your back and feeling down, everything is relevant to our situation. I'm not taking anything away from Bianca here at all btw.
Alice absolutely knows how much pain she has inflicted over the last 3 years. That was her plan, and even more disgustingly the kids were her main weapon in executing that plan. Don't mistake her for someone who gives a duck about anyone else. She would happily ruin Bianca's health to get revenge on IG.

Yes. I imagine Bianca is getting therapy too. She has had the abusive husband, MS, and now Alice and her dwindling FMs to deal with. Not surprised she has CPTSD to deal with. I bet Ioan has it too after 20 years with Alice. Glad they found each other.
I’d say she’s furious to see how positive B is about moving on with her life with the right treatment. She’s showing Alice can’t get to her anymore. She’ll be furious that despite all the trouble she has caused, I&B have come out stronger than ever.

I think this is what Bianca meant, she finally has a diagnosis and as you said she can now work with therapists to form a plan to cope with it. Given the hints she's given of her first marriage, he was a narc and it seems there was a lot of emotional, psychological and even physical violence involved, so I'm assuming the PTSD is more from that than just Alice, though the Cunting Narc Queen herself definitely plays a part.
It definitely won’t have helped. The online abuse probably brought a lot of her past back to the surface again.
Wasn’t Alice following Bianca’s ex-husband or a friend of his on Insta and one stage. Wouldn’t surprise me to learn the pair had spoken.
I almost feel sorry for Ashley. Imagine how sad, empty and lonely her life is and how twisted up with hate, bitterness and envy she must be to behave this way. She obviously thinks she's doing something here tagging these people/groups but she's just humiliating herself. At best they will feel a tinge of pity for her, but they will see her for what she is, another cowardly internet bully and dismiss her and her rantings. This would be bad enough if it was coming from Alice (which it might be) but from an "internet friend" who has nothing to do with Ioan and Alice's relationship it's beyond pathetic. These people aren't going to distance themselves from Ioan and Bianca because of some cyber bully. In fact it would serve Ashley right if they called her out for ableism and internet bullying!
Alice and her attacks have only served to make Ioan more protective towards Bianca and brought them closer imo.
I don't think he communicated with her but I remember Alice definitely tried to reach out to him to get dirt on Bianca. I think she was following one of his friends Insta but I'm not positive.
