Goading posts about her kids and a tattle reference sound like bait to me. She wants people to make adverse comments about them. Probably has a new FM planted in here like Synders to stir it up. Then she can play victim on their behalf to get sympathy and support. As usual it will escalate and she will escalate and lose control until it is a standard Alice Shitshow.

She has own gaoled. The GAL won’t be happy with the sentiments and use of her children in public. Or the resulting shitshow which she will conclude Alice stirred up deliberately. This is what happens every time Alice does it. Alice knows it happens and complains about it happening. She could avoid it by not posting about her children and divorce openly. She has no right to do that to her children. She is prevented from criticising Ioan in public.

People need to be aware she is baiting and there is very likely to be plant in here waiting to stir.

She sounds drunk, and that switch right at the end. I saw in 2 seconds how dreadful Yo’s life must have been with her. She’s an actor and she can’t even fake cry?! Fuck me. Also; am I wrong in thinking that Ioan’s financials showed that he in fact is the one paying mAlice’s legal fees? Therefore making her GFM even more fraudulent because she didn’t have any legal fees to pay? I could be wrong, but I thought I read that somewhere.

She’s been as obstructive and aggressive as she possibly can, hasn’t she? She’s broken every order and stipulation, hasn’t she? She’s probably abused IG in Dupee’s presence and has shared every single one of the OFW and court proceedings contents, hasn’t she? She’s been abusive via OFW and other electronic media, hasn’t she? This is why I always hate it when she goes quiet - she’s been escalating behind the scenes.
And that’s a hell of a lot of therapy for all concerned.

I do wonder about how Ioan’s real friendships suffered during his relationship with Big Al. He did appear to have a solid group of acting friends from drama school and projects. These were people who built solid bodies of work and the resulting network would have been invaluable in getting jobs and work. Not only that they seemed like good people.

After he married Alice he seemed stuck with a bunch of tabloid journalists and daytime tv reporters who Alice used to try to promote herself. I fear other actors and producers probably side eyed these connections and got wise to the fact that Alice would sell stories and gossip to gain favours. Especially if you crossed her.

I would say his friendships with female actors was probably a source of contention and she probably wouldn’t let him socialise on his own in his community. His own community probably didn’t want her there. Because the reason she is best mates with someone like bitchoff is that she sold stories and gossip.

Obviously difficult to guess into the dark, but if memory serves me right Ioan's team wanted to file for modified visitation once he believes it's feasible again. It could be that (it happens often that we see the previous docs that were filed only later, so a ex-parte hearing could have happened). However, the name "after hearing" is often also misleading: a "findings and order" could be also just a stipulation for something they have agreed on off-court (the first thing that would come to mind is sealing the case since this was mentioned, but the GAL was meant to file it). Whatever it is, the initiative comes from Ioan's side.

A friend of mine found out a year ago her husband of 15 years was cheating on her. She filed for divorce and since then he has refused to even call their children. I just realised that despite us having two thread titles with her name in, Dr Dupee is not in the glossary in the Wiki.

I've added this description for her, but it's probably not the most accurate as I'm trying to do lots of things at once. If anyone would like to edit it, or suggest edits here, please go ahead!

Dr Dupee - A triple-board certified adult, child and adolescent forensic psychiatrist who was appointed by the court in early-mid 2023 to undertake a child custody evaluation regarding the girls, due to start in October 2023. Dr Dupee will also be assessing Ioan and Alice as to their fitness as parents.

This is interesting. I screenshot while Dear Abby wasn't private. So, she says Ioan made up the engagement story just for the laughs. That sounds an awful lot like someone who would post Instagram stories just just for likes. Alice is a fan of posting things like recordings of her husband snoring, chopping vegetables while shirtless, watching sports in his underwear, always shoving a phone in his face to video the arrival home after being away for long periods of time.

the best thing about this story is that Alice told back then her version of that story long before Ioan did (the below is from january 2006, only weeks after the engagement and more than a year before Ioan told this story) and it was hardly better than what Ioan said while lining up well with Ioan's version ("it took me an hour to say yes" fits with Ioan's story that she was rejecting his proposals and ranting about him instead, she even says herself she was ranting). obviously it's always possible that people dress up stories a bit on talk shows, but I dont think the "real story" is that much off

Ioan proposed to Alice on New Year's Eve while on holiday in Cuba and, while she wasn't looking, slipped a diamond sparkler in her mojito cocktail!

She said: 'It took me an hour to say yes. We were in a bar. I'd had a few and I was on a bit of a rant about the state of the world.

'I could see Ioan going whiter and whiter. I said, 'Do you fancy another?' then looked down and was like, 'Oh my God!'

'He said, 'How could you miss it? It's about the size of an aeroplane.'

I’m struggling to think of things she has got - except for a dreadful personality and a knack for alienating kid from their father.

ETA - I’m not Alice or a sock I have a way of writing ( that I’ve actually changed to fit in with trying to prove I’m not the above ) but I don’t know how else to prove it to you so…idk. I’m a genuine person who lives in Southwest England, with my loving partner and two kids. I have 4 diagnosed conditions, and I am actually registered as disabled ( unlike Alice and her made up ailments, used to disguise the fact she’s a heavy drinker and pill popper ).
Oh, and I’m awake not because I’m on LA time, but because pain woke me up and scrolling Tattle helps take my mind off it and eventually makes me dozy from reading.

Sorry mods, I know this will probably get deleted. But the speculation around me gets to me. I enjoy this thread immensely, so I won’t flounce.

Anyway, OT again, Alice is a total melt and has shot herself in the foot big time with all her 3 years of lying, ranting and raving.
