I am sort of wondering whether they are just letting the crazy sock abuse play out during the evaluation. Because if they are doing this now what would they be doing without court scrutiny.
They aren’t doing much damage because no one flows new liposuction or Tone who isn’t already a fucked up loon. The papers won’t pick it up. The girls are hearing it anyway.

They gave her enough rope to hang herself after the separation. That has been a godsend to Ioan because like most victims of coercive control he wouldn’t have lot of evidence of what went on behind closed doors.

Another aspect of the own goal Alice scored with the RO setup is that it demonstrated the girls don’t know what abuse is and are indeed acting out abuse without understanding it. Their normal is off the scale fucked up. They might see other people living and behaving differently but they don’t understand it.

Not much to add that hasn’t already been said by you lovely lot. It’s just all so sad and I can’t believe that all of this is through Alice’s own hand. I agree with PPs that it’s probably too late for Ioan and Ella to have a relationship- the damage has already been done, and it’ll take years of therapy to undo it, but if Ella decides at 18 she doesn’t want to engage, then that’s it. And there won’t be anything Ioan can do about it, except pray that as Ella matures she recognises her Dad did everything he could to make sure she was ok.

Court ordered evaluations or not, Alice has shown repeatedly that she doesn’t give a single duck about the law, and as there’s been no “instant” consequences, well…narcs gonna narc.

Therapy was never going to take two hours and then it was done. This is a case that will require months and possibly years of healing.

There is no way those girls can heal while they are still living with the one who abuses them. The therapy is a bandaid not a solution. It might help a bit but it seems Ella is treating it as a 'racket' just like her mom. Elsie might get more out of it though. AE is really gloating here about the fact she is still sabotaging the therapy behind the scenes.

So AE is still bullshitting about what happened to Ioanonline. The site was the opposite of vitriolic (a nice AE word that was used in IG's bitchy FU to his fans, written by Alice of course.) Also most Tattlers are not from that era lol. They are 'Lorraine' era. IG liked it enough to pay for it but AE was raging that it didn't become a fansite for her (why should it LOL) and made IG pull the plug on it. In retrospect, I bet IG wishes he had pulled the plug on Alice instead. The coercive control was already well established by then but they weren't married and had no kids. He could have made a relatively easy escape then.

LOL I noticed some of the changes to the wiki at the time and they were funny but AE used to constantly change her wiki back (against the rules as the person in question is not supposed to edit their wiki, but AE doesn't do rules). I don't remember any porn references but they did say she was a Scientologist who converted IG to her religion LOL. And no she didn't hire anyone she kept editing it herself. It's funny how her wiki reads far worse now than it was back then. She can't disguise the bunny boiler anymore.

A lot of people seem quite optimistic about the court hearing but I honestly have my doubts especially regarding the sock accounts! Hopefully they can get proof Alice is behind these but if not then what happens?

We have Tone spouting off and really she should have told him to pack it in as it goes against the restraining order but will they really do anything about that at the custody hearing?

I don't know I fjust feel like she is getting away with all the toxic crap she does and that she will never be punished for it.

My sis in law is the same and she more often than not comes up smelling of roses.

Yes there was no marriage or kids yet, but they were jetting around partying, and there were no doubt drugs involved. No one would give a shiny shite these days if an actor was GASP found to have used coke, but back then it was still seen as scandalous. The key evidence in the custody hearing will be the evaluation report. This will contain findings and recommendations. I am sure the Evaluator will be told of Ioan’s concerns that Alice is behind the sock accounts and that she is very clearly connected to the network of people regularly harassing him and Bianca. Any reasonable person will get the connection between her years of online abuse, tabloid exclusives and the continued harassment. They don’t really need Alices DNA.

Alice can accept the report or challenge it. I expect she will challenge it. The judge will decide whether the finding are accurate and the recommendations valid. I would put money on Alice not improving his or the Evaluators opinion of her when she tries to present her batshittery in court.

I think IG was thoroughly manipulated by AE in those days which is why he understands how the kids are too, when they are far younger and more vulnerable than he ever was. When I look at the engagement story, IG seemed to think AE was some kind of prize. She said to him "If you don't propose, you're out!!" and he said he hurriedly got the ring, instead of saying "Fine", which he should have.
