That's because she's going to 'have' it in the near future, she'll be prepping a "popty ping" and she's such a delicate flower that she'll accidentally stab herself with the fork, and then 'her' girls will call 911 and accompany her to the most expensive hospital in LA somewhere where her life will be in the balance and then everyone not us Tattlers will be so overjoyed that Alice 'saggy' Regina had the true grit to overcome yet another adversary in the constant battle that is her life...

I think both girls look like Ioan, but I don't think Alice was there I think they were out with one of Elsie's friends who then invited Ella along because they have a rough idea on how everything really is in that house, and for a few hours they had some normality and had the chance to be kids without the wino and her woe is me crap.

So the hearing today is to see if there’s going to be a trial or not?

No. It’s to work out issues relating to the case (discovery, scheduling, potential plea). There will likely be more pretrial conferences yet. There will be a trial unless the charges are dropped and that doesn’t appear to be likely. Or unless she pleads guilty or no contest, or takes a plea deal. But the only advantage to that would be negotiating the penalties. She would still be guilty if she pleads. And I don’t believe she has to appear; her lawyer can represent her.

I just remember reading her going on about his ED and thinking the sound of her voice alone would have been enough to cause it. What a way to tell on yourself.

I think he could make a case (if he wasn't consulted) that she disturbed his peace by allowing a pap to film their child and then make it public. He was also filmed so there's that. It's not that convoluted. If she set up the video ... that's a whole other (worse) matter. In one of his filings he also asks that she not post social media of the girls or any communications they had with him.

It also looks bad - she complains that she is being harassed and then (potentially - we don't know if she provided consent) allowed her daughter to be filmed in what appeared to be a distressing situation for all concerned. Shows a lack of care for her daughter at the very least.

One thing I’ve learned since seeing Malice on Lorraine and coming here after seeing her tweets about Tattle and being curious… is that so far, the tattlers here are spot-on about what Malice is doing, but only by half. Documents always vindicate suspicions, but it’s always far worse than anticipated; I don’t think any of the people posting here could imagine behaving that way, and that’s why predictions are accurate but watered down.
So when I see something like this, I’ve learned after nearly 18 months to just wait. The documents will come, and it will be sadly proven.

BIB: This kind of controlling arrogance annoyed me when I read it, too. She doesn’t get to decide this. It’s a veiled threat and ultimately an empty one. They will sell the house and they’ll be divorced, however long she tries to drag it out for. She’s a nasty bully and Ioan must be so glad he no longer has to listen to this pathetic, performative nonsense every single day.
