The judge just said that the TRO has been broken and there is clear evidence to show that the DVRO is needed. SM will be included I believe. They are working out the logistics.

Wasn't a custody hearing. Just for the restraining order. This does not bode well for her retaining custody, Ioan having to pay her support or having to pay off her legal fees.
