I find it hard to believe the Judge would let them testify no matter if they had therapy or not. Judges in California do not let older kids testify, much less kids only 9 and 13, which the girls would be by the time they get around to custody.

California judges do allow experts who have worked with the children in long term therapy to testify in lieu of the older children testifying. That means if Alice wants the Court to consider the children’s preferences, she’s going to have to allow both girls to have therapy, and not just a therapist she picks. (I just talked to someone who went through a custody battle to verify this)

Well it’s time to head to bed. I wonder whether The Abuser will kick off before the PRO hearing? or has she had her wings clipped by the legal eagles and the LA cops have paid her a visit? I hope the girls will be elsewhere for the next few days, it’s going to be pretty horrendous. Nos da pawb

I thought maybe she's in a single frame in the biker bar or club skunk scenes but couldn't spot her. Cutting room floor perhaps?

my conclusion is that it’s the drunk girl at the party who asks to kiss HeathLedger (a speaking role that should be in the credits) and it’s played by an entirely different girl also named Alice Evans, and because it’s such a minor role no one has ever noticed the error.

Which is extra funny because Alice is obsessed with sharing her IMDb and has surely noticed but hasn’t had it corrected because she’s desperate for credits

I agree mentioning it in an interview is strange. I'd argue he was joking but the "which won't be easy" without any tone or hint of his facial expressions makes it feel like he was serious. And it's so so so bizarre.

Makes sense. It seems a strange movie for her to have a bit part in, being filmed in Seattle for a start, and considering most of the high school extras actually look high school age (possibly actual students?).

One thing we joke about is that Alice is delusional about her looks nowadays. I don't think she is delusional at all. I think Alice knows exactly what she looks like especially compared to Bianca.

That's why all the heavy makeup and crazy filters along with Botox and whatever she does to her lips. The inappropriate clothes.

What she sees in the mirror alone is enough to make her not want to leave the house, try for auditions, show up in court.

She knows damn well she could get a lawyer contingent on the asset distribution. She can probably afford one on her own savings.

But not only will an attorney try to make her follow the court orders from the petitions piling up against her - they will make her go to court. It's possible she fired/was fired by Leon the day before court because she wouldn't appear.

Don't interpret this as me feeling the least bit sorry for her. No one expects her to shine as bright as a lovely 29 year old. And there are ways to shine at her age. That's how life works.

But you can't hide behind filters in a court room or agent's office. And no matter how much smoke the crazy flying monkeys blow up her ass - she knows this.

Me, too. I'm mostly a sahd. Today has been particularly thankless - The HUB returned from work and got all the love and I got to carry the giant rucksack full of crap water/snacks/wet clothes from where they leapt into a nearby fountain (I live in a v hot country) and was mostly ignored because they 'love him bestest'.

I’ve always been a Ioan fan since watching Hornblower back in the day but I have to say he doesn’t look his best on his wedding day. The suit is Awful, ill fitting and baggy, and his is hair is terrible. He also doesn’t look happy and that whole “my friend had to drag me down the aisle” thing is tacky.

He looks so much better now. With a huge weight lifted from his shoulders. And it’s more than 145lbs of weight. Try 175lbs.

Agreed. She will not show up next week unless she has hired an attorney. For all we know, she did, but just wanted to keep playing the poor me story on social media. If she hasn't, she won't show. Although, she definitely will have one hired for the rest of her divorce. Alice is really a loser.

I am struggling with this image. The mismatch is cringey. She thinks it’s sexy, he knows it isn’t, but even though he‘s obviously uncomfortable with it, he goes along with it, to placate her. He‘s been bullied into this.

Every single wedding photo I’ve seen gives me chills. There is something ”off” about all of them.

I don’t think there’s a photo from their entire relationship like that. But the wedding photos are so forced and dreadful.

Yes, I know what you mean about IG in his wedding pics. It's like when you have to go out to a social thing but you really, really aren't in the mood, so you don't bother to do your hair or make-up, and you just throw any old clothes on because you know that you won't be staying long anyway. That's the vibe that IG is giving off!
