I've never seen such a young kid with such poor quality hair and I've seen many.
They seem to have a thing about not taking care of their hair, as adults they may want scruffy, poorly conditioned hair but why would you want that for your kids?
I did think that too with the mortgage etc how can they afford it. But surely they would have made some money off their old house? That’s what I’m thinking haha. They buy unnecessary amount of rubbish, but don’t invest in quality products (even though they can afford to). It’s all quantity of quality for them in every way. I say they aren’t anywhere near the breadline!!I
