Because Sarah doesn’t believe the lovely teacher organising this already have her work cut out being Director of Humanities & PSHEE, a full time teacher, with marking and lesson planning to do, with students doing end of key stage exams at the minute, probably a parent herself, with a house to run and a family to care for and no doubt pets to feed and appliances that break and bills that need managing etc. etc., and then organising an event that requires meticulous planning and risk assessing to safeguard FIFTY 11-13 year olds, outside of school hours, overnight, to raise money for a charity for people who genuinely are in poverty.
Sarah wants to add to this teacher’s labour load because she has absolutely no respect at all for the hardworking folk who make the world go round (and pay their taxes so Sarah can slob about in faux poverty with her heating on in June).
That’s right, 50 kids are taking part. Imagine if all of them did their own individual crowdfund page, it would be mayhem to keep a track of!

Went into my eldest’s PayPal sounds super dodgy and she’s shared, herself, her kids full names to her “quite a big following actually” AGAIN.
This is it too: every other kid will have returned their dog-eared sponsorship sheet with £1 from Uncle Bobby and 50p from Ethel next door. Every penny documented and accounted for.
Then three weeks later Scummy Saz pings in £110, no traceability, nothing. And she says the kid wants to do it this way “so he can be proud”?
I remember a mummy on our school run who’d get dropped off by a blacked out and bass-thumping Subaru Impreza BRAP BRAP BBRRAAAPP!

She’s raising lazy young men with no incentive to work, because they get praised for doing tit all, special treatment just for falling out of a useless parent, and they have ‘all singing all dancing’ everything for no real reason other than their mother’s inflated ego.

And I'm sorry but 'dear School'? Surely there would actually be a contact name for the sleepout? Or the school secretary?
This email proves absolutely nothing apart from she managed to duck up even (unnecessarily) raising money for one child.
Not being arsed if you were scammed out a tenner cos you didn't earn it anyway and you're in that game yourself isn't the same as hard working people expecting accountability for their donations. Sarah would just scam that lost money back out of some other chump.
It's not a case of some people choosing to struggle in silence when they don't have to it's about pride, budgeting, accepting lean times happen to most and cutting your cloth accordingly instead of expecting people who might be having a tougher time than you to bail you out.
Mention of the dad there who seems to be the one member of her family she's still in touch with. She's said she's gonna inherit his house one day so I'm sure those 2 facts are completely unrelated. If he's a homeowner down south he's sat on a goldmine. If she's in such dire straits he can do equity release to help her and stop her bumming and begging off strangers.

Not sure where Catholicism comes into being a scouser, an historical connection but not anymore. What do I know though, only born an bred one and lived here all my life.
