I don’t understand this. Catheters themselves are changed every 10-12weeks. The bag is changed every 7days. Both these things could be done at home. Are they talking about emptying? There's a news story about some confusion with the duties of TAs in Wales which temporarily affected 5 families with disabled children. The other 4 families were all happy with the proposed interim solution. Only the Jenkins family were not. Because it got them in the papers again
A Bridgend council spokesman said: “As soon as the council was informed of this issue, alternative arrangements were put in place to ensure that appropriate support and care would continue.
