home schooling. the whole of the US other than north Carolina and a couple other states is full time home schooling still. California included, except some industrious (aka Wealthy) Los Angeles/SB/SF and Silicon Valley parents have created schooling pods of 5-7 same aged kids with a private tutor, to create "bubbles" or "pods". Hazzno and Smegs would probably justify a fulltime private tutor from day one because of Farchie's "privacy" and safety as they are just too famous to go to a peasant school.

Agree on the bleep mindset. I would never ever dare to judge those who felt they had no other choice in order to survive/feed their family. I do have an issue with those who do it because it's easy money and actually had plenty of choices.
