I see what you are saying if that person just wanted to give all the goss on what colour curtains the cleb had in their downstairs toilet.

I think sometimes people are railroaded into signing an NDA or even quite ignorant of the implications of an NDA at time of signing the contract of employment.

I'm thinking more of the nanny's reputation already being tarnished by the allegations against her (We don't know the exact allegation but it has been made out to sound as if she did something very innapropriate)
Whoever knew she was the nanny at that point in time would probably not want to hire her anyway - her reputation already being in tatters - what would someone like that have to lose? This is all hypothetical anyway as she has not spoken out but I was just wondering what would happen financially, if you had nothing and you broke the NDA, could they sue you for something you didn't have?

And then there's the thought that there were two babies in the tour

Conspiracies are one thing. Noone can hold a secret of that "importance" for ever. Well some can but there's always one that drops hints or whispers.

I like the theory that she flew out to the baby shower and that's when the baby was born.

Personally. Whoever he is I think he looks lovely. Even if is a different baby each time.and I don't think there's anything wrong with him. Hooded eyes. Can be normal. Moving all arms and legs. Making noises. Nothing rings alarm bells there.

I'm surprised the surrogate or their family and friends, haven't let anything slip.

I read somewhere once, or maybe a film, which said everybody has a price.

Bookworm latest, for those interested 🙂

If the phone messages include, amongst other things, megzy whining to her friends about events/anecdotes behind palace walls, and since the palace policy is "never explain..." the messages sit on their own without any RF attempt at countering/disproving the claims in the messages, then the RF would have been against the court case from the outset AND would be doing what they can to avoid any of the messages coming to light.
Remember megsy is said to have been keepimg a diary from day one of scooping harry.

Next to the guest House .... where Dorito or the nanny live, with Farchie.
But those type of messages or calls are not relevant to the case and it would serve no purpose to expose them. They can be redacted from transcripts as not relevant. The mail has a reasonable relationship with Brenda and won't want to rock the boat even aside from the judge ruling them irrelevant.
Similarly anything said relating to cuntchops personal matters re getting pregnant etc are irrelevant. Interesting obviously, but irrelevant to the case and can therefore be redacted to protect her privacy on that matter.
All they need is anything relating to the letter and exposing her father during communications with the Infamous 5. And I think there will be plenty because as we know, cuntchops will not rest at an email or two ... it will be reams of " oh and don't forget to say this/that/etc" over a long period prior to and after the interview in People magazine. They'll be rehashing everything like women do and it could be very telling.

If we assume that there really is no Archie living with Smeggy and Hazno then what will be their next move? At some point they will have to produce a child because they won't be able to get away with him being locked up in a mansion forever. What about when he becomes school age?
I do wish that social services would get on the case. Some people have speculated that they will fake his death but that would be truly despicable.

Does anyone else remember Smeggy complaining (last year? earlier this year?) that she couldn't attend mother and baby sessions because she is "too famous"?

Edit: I didn't imagine it. Here is the link: Too famous

I don't think and NDA will trump the law.of the country. E.g. if there were safeguarding concerns these would not be 'forbidden' . Or they may be but that element of an NDA wouldn't stand. It is a civil contract so any element of criminal responsibility would not be covered.
So whatever situation there may be no concerns for the child.
I don't know US law but would imagine that confidential referrals to social services/ child services are still easily made.
remember Dorito is a retired social worker so even if referrals were made - by whom? and to whom? and Dorito could probably explain them away

home schooling. the whole of the US other than north Carolina and a couple other states is full time home schooling still. California included, except some industrious (aka Wealthy) Los Angeles/SB/SF and Silicon Valley parents have created schooling pods of 5-7 same aged kids with a private tutor, to create "bubbles" or "pods". Hazzno and Smegs would probably justify a fulltime private tutor from day one because of Farchie's "privacy" and safety as they are just too famous to go to a peasant school.

If they never ever wanted to work another day in their entire lives...

Who would hire someone this illoyal?

Someone who signed a contract, which is more than giving ones word, and then breaking it, can hardly expect to be trusted ever again!

No sane person would sell out their reputation like that.
They would if the rewards were better than skivvying for cuntchops indefinitely.
There is lots of mileage in spilling the tea across the media, just ask the woman who is telling/selling stories that don't fit half the time about her shagginng Randy Andy. The devil is in the detail re court tit, but for highly paid scandalous reveals on Oprah(spiit!) or in People magazine embroidery and exaggeration is the money maker. Grab all the deals you can while it's a hot subject and you can easily bank enough to set yourself up in a nice little(or large) business that will give you a decent income for life. I'd do it in a heartbeat if my story was the truth.

Oh yeah - another cover up so she doesn't have to find a kid to take with her!

And yet 'Catherine Cambridge' happily takes her kids swimming to The Hurlingham not a bother on her (admittedly hardly the local council baths, but still!)

See they're going to get other people to tell their stories. Use their memories. Nothing will be created by them. Just taken from others.
Others who may be in awe of the titles and feel it's a privilege to be asked.
🤢🤬

This is an excellent piece on the Archie situation.
Apologies if its been posted before:
Could “Phantom Archie” be the real reason for the “Megxit”?

Side issue. My new feed keeps putting up stories that jess Mulroney is restarting her female empowerment project thing. Although if she only put thempist up today I'm having a hard time finding it.
Anyway. The point for me is that markle disowned her after the racism thing ( don't know the details). But she didn't she supported her in private, just not in public.
That there, to me says everything about her character I don't like.

Yes you can separate business from private, e.g. someone gets in trouble at work you support them privately . But this is t that. This is her saying I can't condone racism. It's abhorrent. But BTW let's have coffee later because really I don't care what you've said and done. And anyway as long as I say in public I don't like you I can get away with anything in private .

They do! And I know mine 😉

When I was 30, I was offered 150.000 DM for a weekend. The guy was my age and good enough looking for me to have done it without hesitation. I then found out it would have been a weekend on a yacht off Aruba.

Not enough money to risk being the main cast in a snuff movie or something like that. Had it been in a hotel room, I could have had my best friend next door with a baby phone, but in international seas??? No way, José! 😁

But it was a sobering experience none the less. I do not like whores. In my opinion it takes a certain mindset I despise. (Not talking here about people so poor they sell their body to have food or something like that!)

I am talking about those who are in it for the easy money. So the cultivated escort charging 30.000 or 40.000 a night, who could do something else is whom I despise. And yet, there I was, knowing now I have a price.
Agree on the bleep mindset. I would never ever dare to judge those who felt they had no other choice in order to survive/feed their family. I do have an issue with those who do it because it's easy money and actually had plenty of choices. And those, who like M, use blokes as penis ladders to climb up the money mountain...You might say it's their business, indeed it is - but I do have an opinion nevertheless.
