Even at PTA events etc, you have to provide an allergens list for every single cake. I reckon the ingredients list is on the bottom (of her not home made jam)

yep, at local fetes and craft fayres etc - all food sellers need to display their official hygiene rating, ingredients etc.
They have to have Public Liability Insurance too.
Wonder if she's even got that??????
