I actually agree with @Chita . I don't find the suggestion that Lady C has alluded to offensive. This is a card the Ho has in her back pocket to claim yet more victim status, to be used after her father's death. Unfortunately, the shenanigans of Tom. Jnr and to a lesser extent Samantha, have seemed to show that the siblings are nutters, and that would be brought up as validation.
I think that the letter sent to her father was probably vile, and this was to perpetuate the lies she told Harry. Otherwise, why hate someone he's never even met? She's beyond a liar, she's a disgusting human being. Tom. Sr. should, in my opinion, definitely be given a chance to refute the Ho's version of (imaginary)events.
