Seeing as Megs probably had input into his witness statement, do we think this is another part of her divorce strategy?

. Also it might make people feel sorry for her or have empathy ‘he never loved me’.
That's a very good point.
Like she was always his second choice kind of situation
Which it actually was

Is anyone watching GBNews ? What signs are the ‘dungaree triplets’ holding up? Cannot make it out if they are SS

Eta - screen shot ‘Harry doesn’t want the limelight - but …….’
"Harry doesn't want the Limelight but we do" I think they are the limelight girls or something

ChaoticArtist the resin flowers, butterflies and hairclips are beautiful.
Thank you for the appreciation!!!

I was just telling mum that you all have been so good for my confidence levels!

Correct. That's one of the statements that we used to have to discuss for 20 marks (at least five sheets ) in reporting exams. Explained so well in two sentences

Aww thank you. They look rather intricate, and I love the colours. Have you ever considered gluing a collection showing a few together inside a picture frame, positioned just so?

Not entirely sure what the hell is happening now but here we are

Shall I rewrite this in English? (Years of understanding small children's writing comes in handy at times!)

He is angry and referring to Harry's Witness statement of 16th Dec 2022. It proves that the legal team did absolutely no research into the invoice, and have lied. Then he questions whether it was actually illegal information gathering. They set up a meeting with a man who was planning to steal Harry's DNA, Then they took that information straight to Prince Charles's private secretary, to tell him someone was out there plotting to steal Henrys DNA. This information was then used to stop anyone from stealing Hs DNA, The result was that they got an official thank you from Clarence House and from H himself.

I would assume a version of this story was then used by the Mirror to write an article!

This illustrates to me, the confusion over the whole sorry mess of press intrusion.
Burrows is known as a shady private investigator, but in this case, he has averted an even worse story or even worse press intrusion from getting out.

Little Cameron's take.

Spare backfired in court + The threshold is 50%? If they prove 50% of the articles couldn't have been written unless they gathered information unlawfully, the judge could rule in favour of Harry? Is that correct, I am still sleepy?

I've given up on Sky today, but GB News is like listening to Tattlers views. Absolutely hilarious.

He's got to be clinically paranoid at this point. How has he been allowed to come up with examples that don't add up?! Thick as mince and paranoid.
I'm not sure if this case is 'everybody wins or loses together', or each case is judged separately.

If he can win/lose on his own, it looks like he's going to lose (from what we've heard so far). I guess that will be the fault of the BP men in grey, manipulating the judge/courst system

If it's all or none, this shambles could bring everyone else's case down

Yep, it's not like us plebs whose job, marriage and friendship, and even residential, prospects are affected by their reputations For every one person that criticised him and his Ho, there were hundreds who were excited to see them on visits. Even now there are big crowds lining up outside the court. If he and his Ho hadn't fled the UK, those crowds would have still been there, cheering them on. So many are still sympathetic. Funds, housing, they wouldn't have lost anything except whatever cutbacks Charles and William imposed as part of downsizing or 'slimming down' - a need of the times.

Basic immature human nature - ignore the ones that love you and throw tantrums about/go crazy trying to win the approval of those who don't. Most of us are guilty of doing it at some point or the other, but we don't waste taxpayers' money or drag entire governments into the mess.

I actually think its going to be funny to see his cross examination by Sherbourne! How on earth is Sherbourne going to get him to look remotely believable?

One thing I think Harold hasnt realised, is that he has absolutely no idea of politics at all. As someone else said, the UK is a constitutional monarchy. It isnt a complete democracy or republic, because we still have a hereditary monarchy, headed up by a King or Queen.

Nobody is currently calling for a revolution, or to abolish the monarchy, but, the Mirror is a left leaning more socialist paper, who are less accepting of royalty and are more likely to be critical of the whole institution of monarchy than any of the other papers. This has been true since the Mirror was first established in the last century.
Therefore it isnt actually surprising if The Mirror are writing articles about royalty with a bit of snark in them. I would expect them to use sarcasm and to make all the members of Royalty look a bit ridiculous.

Its sad that a child has got caught in the crossfire, but as Jan Moir says, The press were not entirely critical towards Harold, when he was a child, so maybe it wasnt quite as bad as H is perceiving. I very much doubt that Hazno saw any of these articles a child or young man. So how did they have this awful effect on him?

Ohhh, I see! Thank you.

I agree with you. On one hand, the media and PIs were gathering information about his social life and other things but this was too much for them and they handed it over to the palace.

Damn, people really thought Harry wasn't Charles'. They were trying to steal his DNA!?!

It's kinda funny, to be honest. Sad too... But mostly, funny.

Yes that is it. He thought he'd get the usual response to his real or imagined woes. Sympathy or just tiptoeing around him. Being told how brave he is. Or anger and irritation from his brother and father, thus reinforcing his victim status. Nobody understands him
I can imagine the curt response 'so what?' must have thrown him when he thought he was divulging something important and meaningful.
Being asked to stick to specific hard facts and actual proof, instead of rechurning his general hurt feelings is a new experience for him.
