The Spencer tiara isn't theirs to offer. It belongs to Charles Spencer, who told Harry three times not to marry Smegz. Any other tiara that Diana wore belongs to The Queen (and as we have said before the only other one she really wore was the Lover's Knot on permanent loan to Catherine - I can't find pictures of her in other tiara. Necklace headbands, yes, but not other tiaras)

Ha ha, yes, I agree about the Spencer tiara. It not matching the veil is BS. I'm sure if she'd been offered a tiara so closely associated with Diana they'd still be trying to get it back from her even now.

I also think the queen gave her a very limited choice of 5 tiaras which were not associated with anyone else. She may have said that tiaras suited M but only in the polite way you would say to anyone trying one on. They always have to be so special or the favourite, it's pathetic.

I have no sympathy at all for Harold. It is obvious he was a nasty little boy who grew into a vile adult with the IQ of a turnip. There was someone on here a while ago who spoke about Harold bullying a classmate and destroying his property until the boy left the school. Charles has covered up a lot of his shitty behaviour and Smeg has given Harold permission to be the real prick he has always been.
I’m not British but I do live in a Commonwealth country and I don’t want him at the coronation. I don’t want him sitting,kneeling or standing in a corner anywhere near the coronation. Hi all. I'm a Krustie, usually posting on the Katie Price thread. I've avoided this thread as I knew it would make my blood boil even more...It's a hard life as it is trying to take down Skanky Price and if I started reading here, I was worried I would explode! (And would anyone even ask me if I was OK? )

But tonight I just felt like reading your comments.
What a pair these 2 are! I was actually a fan and defended them both after the Oprah interview (you can pelt me with rotten fruit and veg!)
But then the contradictions, the lies, the arrogance, the selfishness, the sympathy seeking, the race-baiting, the trouble-making and many other factors made me change my mind!

I don't see this ever being fixed now.

I think this whole thing is mainly based on the fact that Americans just don't understand the culture of Britain and the royal family. That's ok! It's not necessary to know everything about a country you don't live in. But with Meg in particular, she should have bothered to learn about an institution she was marrying into.

She took it personally when she was told she wasn't allowed to use her royal status to campaign for whatever she liked. She took it personally when she was told that Archie wasn't necessarily going to be a prince. She took it personally that she was given a cottage not a palace. She took it personally that she was dragged in the press. She took it personally that she was told how to act in public. She took it personally that she had to curtsey to the Queen. She took it personally that she wasn't allowed to go around Britain doing exclusive interviews with the media. She took it personally that she had to accept that her role in the family was less than William and Kate's.

She doesn't understand that literally all of this is how the royal family is for everybody! She's gone around crying that this stuff is racist, when it happens to literally everybody who is born into or marries into the royal family.

Now she's gone back to America and given interviews acting all shocked about all this stuff, and apparently people over there find it shocking. But in Britain it's our culture, and we see it as lucky and priviledged to be a princess, have a £32 million wedding, be given a free cottage, get to meet the Queen and everything else. It isn't seen as humiliating to curtsey to the Queen, it is known that some of her grandchildren aren't made prince/princess, it is known that the royal family is a heirarchy, it is known that the tabloids drag everybody. Maybe that seems shocking to people who are seeing it from the outside, but it's our culture, and Meg should have learned about a culture she was marrying into.

Meghan does not represent the culture of most Americans. You must start thinking of us more like…say…Europe. Many separate cultures and folkways. But I did have an insightful conversation yesterday.

My goddaughter, who is a brilliant and successful (American) Black woman…explained to me yesterday that, in her opinion, Meghan’s entry into the RF had special meaning for many Blacks in this country because it was ‘a first.’ She seemingly broke a perceived barrier from the Black US perspective. Think of the small town football star, first to make it all the way to playing in our Super Bowl. You are going to cheer for success! So M was viewed with much affection and high hopes. In many cases, she still is.

That she has seemingly screwed it up, has caused division. Some are perfectly willing to accept her ‘racism’ excuse…because of hurts in their own lives…or just identity politics loyalty. Others feel embarrassed by her. Like if the hometown football star made it to our Superbowl, and then was carried off the field too drunk to play.

My goddaughter feels neither loyalty nor embarassment. She thinks they both are ‘twits.’ Did I mention she was brilliant….?

Might be my own exhaustion but this is the worst for me so far. William didn’t grab him for a fight - he was trying to speak to him but H was clearly walking away. W used the words ‘I swear on mummy’s life’ (if true) because he had tried incessantly to get through to H and had no other option but to try to appeal with a raw mutual connection that TW couldn’t control with.

The fact that he even acknowledged your existence after what you’d done with Oprah shows the type of man W is - he was willing to discuss it, and you were the one being difficult. Also it’s clearly written by TW again.. references the book saying ‘I said softly’ in response to Williams frustration. What kind of angry little spare would word it like that. They take us as really that gullible?!

Have never posted on this thread before and I'm sure you forensic people have it all covered but a few things really struck me watching their Netflix show: all her friends are posh white women. She wheeled out Serena as a talking head but very much get the impression she's a 'work friend' only. All her actual mates as pictured in her photos are identikit posh white women.

The other thing that struck me is for a proud mixed race woman she has expunged all black features. Her nose is radically different from her teenage pics, she's had it done, and her hair is always smooth and straightened into the standard Hollywood blow. So hair also radically different from her teen pix. You'd think a proud mixed race woman would sometimes present as such with grooming choices.

And she looks at Harry like a mum looks at her kid when he says something half intelligent cos she knows he's pigshit thick. I think it'll limp on for a few years while they extract what money they can from it an then she'll be off with a business magnate type. Shes too ambitious to be lumbered with him forever, his projects will peter out cos ultimately he's got no skills, he was educated to snip ribbons and smile and now he's just that weirdo who couldn't be arsed being a prince.

I think quite the opposite. It's the first time I've ever given any credence to the rumours that Meghan had previously met Prince Andrew. There is no way on God's green earth that Meghan didn't know who Prince Andrew was.

In the Oprah interview, she repeatedly called Sarah Ferguson "Fergie", which the media hasn't called her for years. No one in the family called her Fergie. She knew exactly who the entire family was.

That article about Harry thanking all the practitioners and life coaches who have helped him work on his "trauma" makes my blood boil. So many ordinary people (including me) have struggled, first, to access and, second, to pay for help with anxiety and depression amongst other things. Meanwhile this pathetic excuse for a grown man has basically had all these services handed to him on a platter and still manages to complain about EVERY SINGLE THING in his life.
