This is gross and massively stigmatising to people who have bpd (several people on this forum from what I remember). Plus all this 'beta' men crap...
I haven’t watched that video but in my opinion Markle has shown no indication of EUPD (BPD).

People struggling with that are so terrified of abandonment and rejection that their emotions are truly all over the place, to the degree that sustaining relationships and jobs are close to impossible. They also tend to be concilliatory and forgiveness-seeking when in crisis because their worst fears (of being abandoned) look like they are being realised.

Markle had a 10 year relationship with Trevor, a two year relationship with Cory and held down a job for 6 years on Suits. She is not emotionally unstable. Quite the opposite.

She - to my mind - is the most obvious example of Narcissistic Personality Disorder I have ever seen played out in public (in sheer pathology she’s worse that Trump even though the effects of him were greater as he gained real power). I think she was already there when she met Harry but it’s tipped over into malignancy - where she’s actually looking to cause harm - since she joined the BRF. This anger and lashing out is THE classic response to narcissistic injury.

Far from being emotionally unstable I don’t think she actually has any recognisable emotions at all, except anger. This makes her sociopathic. This may sound hyperbolic but it simply means you lack normal empathy and emotion which I think more than applies to her.

An interesting question is what the fuck happened in her childhood that fractured her to such a degree? Sure she was spoiled but her self-esteem and sense of worth is in the toilet (which is the cause of NPD) & it takes more than indulgent parenting to cause that.

In the interview, whilst talking about him not being able to see HMQ for lunch, he said 'my then PA Fiona' rang BP. Any idea who Fiona was?

Maybe she was on a ‘coaching plan’?

Yes, it is a very North American cultural thing to think management or being a boss means throwing your weight around, raising your voice to try to sound powerful (when you actually sound like a fucking dickhead, and out of control), actually screaming as if emotionally unhinged, issuing orders like a dictator and firing at will according to how someone's face fits is how to 'manage' people and that they're doing the job right if they behave that way.

I've worked overseas and encountered a couple of utter sad cases like this, both male. They've all been people everyone hated not just as managers, but as people, making for very unhappy workplaces with a lot of quite comical underhand acts of sabotage against said managers that would be laughed at amongst staff in corners and outside work. Both had high turnovers of staff because nobody can put up with this for long. They actually think bullying behavior and an us vs them staff/manager culture is how you get the best out of people and that a miserable and resentful workforce is an effective workforce. It couldn't be more untrue.

The way you get the best out of people is to understand respect is a two-way street, not something you deserve because of your title or little plastic badge, and to praise and reward good work and hard work, not play favourites and to make people glad they come to work, not fearful, anxious or resentful. Speak to people with the respect you think you deserve. Say please and thank you. Don't drag your personal life to work, or take out your bad mood or row with your other half on the staff. And never ask anyone to do anything you are not willing to do yourself. If you want people to be helpful and co-operative, display those qualities yourself. If you behave like a jailer, expect your staff to hold the attitude of prisoners toward you.

The tragedy is that the people most likely to crave petty power are often the ones least able to handle it.

I love Lady C's videos! They are so informative and, a bit off topic to say, but I much prefer them now she's by herself. She whizzes through the questions and packs so much information and insight in!
I've was listening at 1.25 speed but I've now trained my ear to cope with 1.75!

Did you mena MM or Doria?

MM is at least 50% white cos of TM
You are quite right. I got muddled in my counting.I was referring to Doria’s antecedents. So to recalculate, from her mother’s side her the white ancestor is several generations back, so Megs is biracial & as far as can be said in these matters, she is equally white & black.

I’ve seen a lot of criticism of the people claiming they were bullied, mainly from Americans saying that’s just hard work and they were obviously lazy before Meg turned up. Their work culture is so unpleasant, employees have no rights, can be fired on the spot, darent take holiday, no paid maternity leave. It’s brutal. And Meghan was an actor so not really a put upon employee grinding away working hard. Unless you count carrying all those heavy bags from gifting suites.

It's blatantly obvious that she's going to kick him to the curb as soon as she's got a fat enough pay-off from the RF - she looks as if she can't stand him. Not sure he even likes her much....

Great post.

What's fascinating is that the RF will have had a fat file on her from early days, realised she had a personality disorder pretty early on, seen her in action and clocked she was an angry hot mess. The gossip was they called her 'the degree wife' = three year marriage, they encouraged them both to leave the UK and didn't mind her keeping her US contacts up, as they knew all the time where she was heading.

Roll on 2021 and we are about to start Year 2 of the Harkles In Exile... The only thing that's gone wrong really is that they are using Charles's cash to wage war on the RF via the press and social media trolling. Why? To get a bigger pay off to shut up permanently. That's the only explanation I can think of. It isn't personal, it's business.

But why would she get any more than Sarah did, which was bugger all (relatively speaking)?

Porne Michaels on Twitter:
Anyone from Canada know what rules for common law marriage?
This tweet says they may have a common law marriage. I know in UK it's based on length of time living together and no formal process they just hold themselves as a permanent couple. But is it different in Canada?
