Yes, I guess there are only so many styles & colours when you get photographed all the time. There is one photo of M though, in Africa, can't find it at the moment, in that white shirt with sunglasses, even in a similar pose to Diana, which I would argue was deliberate.I think it’s not out of the ordinary to be honest. The same collages exist for Kate. And could be made for at least Sophie. I am undecided at this point if they all look at Diana’s looks and copy them with a modern twist or if this is bound to happen anyway with their kind of lifestyle and engagements.

BIB is not entirely true. The Navy and Air Force allow full beards. The Army differs in that you are only allowed a beard if you are Special Forces away from your base. Top lip slugs are allowed in the junior services. The Navy does not allow such ghastly things.Because Megz and Harry would have called their lawyers by Saturday lunchtime

I don't buy the ill treatment by the royal family. Of course there are issues within every family but I'm pretty sure it's not the kind that would warrant this kind of behaviour. Even worse is her treatment of her father. I get that there may be things that we do not know about, but what has so far been reported looks a log like gaslighting to me. I think she was more concerned with giving the impression that he was invited, but did not really care if he showed up or not. Or alternately that he would only show up to walk her down the altar dressed in the gear that she had bought for him and make sure she looked good. But not enough to go and see him before the engagement and present her future husband to him and include him in any meaningful way. I'm not surprised that he was confused and stressedThe strangeness of her relationship with her father is deeply suspect. H never met him, would not have been difficult to visit him, he is her father after all. No sign of any awful behaviour from him before a few papped pics. The Mail has a credible defence and probably a lot of evidence they have not yet shared. The Finding Fishcakes book, Scobie’s deleted tweet , paparazzi tweet re ‘magically’ being in right spot to take pics give more cross exam material. And that’s just the stuff already known and out there.

I've worked in an organization that is a close equivalent of the royal family and I do have to say that it can be mind-numbing and demoralizing precisely because of the hierarchy that kind of puts a damper on everything if the people at the top are unintelligent and set in their ways. If that is the case in the royal family is debatable, but Meghan and Harry were considered senior royals and had access to so much comforts. Lovely wedding, lots of love from the public, no money worries, beautiful home, the option to work as much or as little as they pleased and first and foremost... each other! The only thing that they had to remember was that it is a life of service rather than celebrity. Meghan could have have focused for a few years on just raising children and getting to know her new home country and its people, and begun her projects when she'd had the time to find out what was relevant and doable in that context. I almost changed my mind about her at the time of the wedding, I thought her father behaved abominably. But it didn't take long to find out that it's mostly their impatience, hubris and all that pretentious nonsense that they like to waste their time on that has led to this mess. They have not exactly impressed with their intelligence either, which was supposed to be Meghan's strong point. Usually this happens: The Judgment will have been sent to the Barristers for both parties late yesterday afternoon. This is on the strict understanding that neither it nor its conclusions will be dislcosed any further. Although in Practice the Barrister tells the solicitor and they sort of hint at the outcome to the client "Its not gone entirely our way..." This is to allow the Parties representatives to try and agree consequential directions. These will be about the conditions either of the imposition of anonymity or its relaxation; or if either party Appeals what happens until the Appeal is heard. If either party Appeals the Court has to give leave which if they refuse (because they think an Appeal is hopeless) the losing party then has to make another Application to another judge for leave to Appeal. You can see why its all so absurdly expensive.
Speaking of which, also costs. The losing party will usually pay the winning parties costs of the Application which are usually assesed on the spot, and payable in weeks, although if they are very large and its complex they can be assesed by yet another specialist Court. It might also be that this hearing is where the Judge disposes of the apparently unresolved issue of who pays the costs of the Application lost in May, which would make sense.
Anything the parties cant agree will be determined at tomorrows hearing and whoever loses those arguments will also pay all or part of the costs of that hearing.
So Meghans perfect week could continue with game over on protecting the naming of her Witnesses and two expensive adverse costs orders. We can but hope.
