I just posted the same about 'receipts'. Surely TM wouldn't need to fake a heart attack to change his mind about coming to the UK, as that's a very extreme thing to do and it would mean the photo was fake - it doesn't look fake to me and I can't see him doing it. I don't understand the bit about writing his symptoms down, as he wouldn't be able to but it doesn't say when he wrote them.

By doing this obvious virtue signalling self promoting visit, she is not only confirming what most of us have thought about her for a while, but also turning her supporters against her because even they can see through her now.

It was done purely and utterly for the publicity ; if she had really wanted to do something privately, she could have purchased a large bouquet and simply laid it in Montecito Town centre, or on the steps of the nearest monument. People would know straight away what it symbolises. But no ; emotiving virtue-signalling and getting papped , with an ulterior motive- as usual. They make me sick.
