I think she's a weird shape and that dress is designed for women who have a defined small waistline. It certainly doesn't do her any favours because it makes her look bigger than she is.

One thing I have noticed about her is that she has no distinct style of her own and often wears clothes that don't suit her body shape.

Perhaps someone should set those harridans Trinny and Susanna on to her !

Just look at her behaving as if she is the equal of HM. Her smile reaches her eyes here, unusually. She is relishing being centre stage with the monarch.
