What I don’t understand is why anyone would just take that kind of abuse. My wife worked in VIP hospitality for years and never came across this type of behaviour. Yes she’s dealt with a few dicks, in fact her response to wandering hands was to accidentally pour hot coffee in the offenders lap. Christ, if someone had treated her like that they would have been laying in a pool of their own blood about 2 seconds later!
You've got me thinking. I wonder how many of the palace staff did a Fuzz Townshend to her early morning juice 🤔

I've lost so much respect for TQ. She's letting Andrew and Harry destroy the monarchy, abuse their siblings- while she smiles like a doofus at flowers or some tit like nothing was wrong.

I think Meghan walked in, saw what a 95 yr old nitwit TQ had become, how complacent Charles and William had become, and knew this tit was a house of cards and she'd been duped. So she's getting what she can out of it while it lasts.

And The Queen just keeps smiling like an idiot.
The Queen is not an idiot nor an old nitwit.
Oh Andrew and Harry do not have the power to destroy the monachy. They are an irritant that will go away in due time like all irritants.
William is far from complacent. His hands may be tied at present, perhaps, but complacent nope. He has his idiot brother’s number and I am sure being ignored by big brother is eating idiot bro up inside like a toxic poison.
Bye.

Yes but that situation was dealt with by her parents and a government that were a bit stronger in those days. The Queen was only a young woman then.
You're underestimating what a huge effect the abdication had on her and her family. She was only 10 but her life entirely changed. The Duke of Windsor might as well have been exiled. He was no longer part of the family and the Queen Mum hated him. And hated Wallace of course.
Elizabeth would have been well aware of how different her life became as a result. It's why she will never abdicate the throne. She won't step down because she took a vow for her entire life. She's proving just how serious that vow is because she had an uncle who didn't understand how sacred it was. He basically shamed the House of Windsor.

I am not English but I lived there for a while and my boyfriend did PR for 10 Downing. They tend to put politeness above everything.
I moved beyond politeness years ago 😂

I guess I have an outsiders perspective. I tend to think they put saving face and being polite above everything. But that's obvi a generalisation!
I once called Tony Blair a dumb bleep to his face!

ooh now we're getting the real tea!

The English don't mind the C word.

Was Tony Blair, though?

One of my closest friends is from Liverpool and he says it's fine in Liverpool to call your child a bleep.
"Get over here, you little bleep".

He says the worst word to use in Liverpool is 'bastard', because it's probably true.

And Del Boy going out for a night on the bevy 😂

Apologies just seen @ChipDex post after I posted this
Where are our artists? Chita? We could do with some artwork of the pair of them hanging out of the windows of a backfiring Reliant Robin emblazoned with "Grifters Independent Grifting Co: London New York Monteshito", featuring a pair of inflatable dolls in the back.

But wait, aren't we questioning Palp on his history with Tony Blair? I mean, it's pretty interesting!

The story is

Blair was visiting the Military establishment I was working at. Against my bosses better judgement I was placed in an area where Blair could actually talk to me. He was bemoaning the fact that the Military were overstretched and overworked and before anyone could shut me down I blurted out something along the lines of “well I’m not the dumb bleep who ordered a strategic defence review and then cut the Armed Forces in size”. He just stared at me and walked off as everyone else tried to stop sniggering.

Whoa:

Wimbledon anon here.
I had a meeting (If I may call it that) with someone who was present during the Markle Debacle and got fired because of their actions. I don't blame this woman at all, she was trying to do her job. What happened is that Meghan was late and was told by an event planner that she is breaking the dress code. The planner asked her to take her hat off and if she has a change of clothes because no one wears jeans in the main boxes. She told the planner "Do you know I can bleeping fire you? Do you know who I am?" and her friends just laughed. Then she skipped security (everyone must go through it, even royals). She wanted some specific red wine in the lounge and they had to explain to her they can only get her local stuff at such a short notice. She had none of it. Her friend had like 4 Pimm's cups under an hour and was telling innapropriate jokes to staff. Meghan was cussing all the time and smiling like a psychopath at the camera. Then came the infamous box emptying incident.
She came to that match with a 20 min notice. The RPOs were gobsmacked at the rush and one of them confessed it was his day off but they pulled him out to escort her to the match. They had to allocate the entire box because no one had been background checked and Markle was laughing all the time at watching people leave. She said "This is just for us!" Not all people in the box could find seats so they lost around £15k on that incident in tickets only due to refunds. Some of then threatened to sue. Then came the bomb.
The Duke of Kent and the Duchess of Cambridge were on a conference call. Catherine sounded apologetic and Prince Edward sounded on the verge of tears. He said that never in his life time has a member of his own family done something on that level on his event and offered to pay the ticket difference and Catherine did the same. One of the RPOs very openly complained about Meghan and said that he believed she got very drunk with her friends. Catherine sounded horrified and apologised profusely. The Duke of Kent hosted a private dinner for everyone involved but the people who accomodated Meghan got fired because they cost the tournament so much. This person said she knew she is going to get fired the moment they couldn't find a spot for people who actually came on time and paid their tickets. By the way, Markle didn't leave a single dime there. Prince Edward and Catherine covered that out of their own pockets.
I don't know what else to say except for disgusting. She cost several people their jobs and possibly made the lovely Prince Edward cry. So much on members of the royal family making her cry.

🤯

Eh, she wasn't chasing her off the forum, just noting that there are other threads to join.

If it's true about Wimbledon and that's why Smegatron was sent with Catherine and Pippa to show her how it's done no wonder she had a face like she'd been slapped in the face with a wet kipper.
Were Smegatron and PWB in talks with Orca by this time, may be she was thinking she could use it in the interview.

I wonder if our beloved media are deliberately choosing the most unflattering photos just to throw shade?

:ROFLMAO:

Even if they'd wanted to print flattering ones, I doubt there was much of a selection to choose from. A bit like trying to find the least bald ones of Hazza. :p

Plenty of lovely ones of Kate today though. Smeg must be seething.
