Sorry to hear about your cat, sending big hugs. It's awful losing a member of your 'family', because that is what they become, hope you have many happy memories of her/him to help you through.

Lots of companies incorporate in Delaware as it has very favorable tax laws and you don’t have to be a resident of the state. It is not uncommon, and I believe that most of the large banks, credit card companies, etc. that do business in the US are incorporated in Delaware.

This is not a defense of Harry and Meghan, BTW. They will siphon whatever they can from Archewell for their personal use.
