Her parents live with her and Gregg in their spacious home so she's got help and support around the clock. Emotional as well as practical support. That would help in these circumstances. Some people just prefer to turn a blind eye.

Banijay as well - the same production company that made a lot of Russell Brand's TV shows...
Ah. That explains a lot.

So we've had Jimmy Saville, Huw Edwards, Russell Brand, Greggggg Wallace all behaving inappropriately whilst working for the BBC. Am certain I've missed more.

The BBC is a massive institution, put together their own staff, and all the staff of the Production companies and that’s hundreds of thousands of people over the years, so not unexpected that some will be wrong un’s. The problem is, what do you do when you find out, and the processes seem to be lacking.
I used to work at The BBC, and was there through the Saville / Harris / various others investigating and reporting.
The DG told us that nobody was untouchable, there were no VIPs, we were all employees … but it’s just utter bull. “Talent” was, and is, treated with kid gloves.. it’s made very clear that they are allowed to get away with behaviour that it’s not acceptable. It’s also an industry hard to break into, with no security.. so people don’t complain.
Like I’ve said previously I know someone who was on Masterchef, and someone who worked on Strictly .. and they guy was unpleasant

Her parents apparently live there to help his wife by looking after the kid, so, in his words, she stays young fresh and sexy for him.
Stomach churning, isn't he....🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

And who knows the financial situation, it’s very possible that he is in full control so she can’t leave. And if her parents live there, she doesn’t have the option to go to them as her escape.

Forgive this old brain of mine, but can anyone remember why these events and investigations came to light now, when a lot took place before 2018?
I think on one of the recent reports he went on training in 2019

The dad died a couple of years ago, sadly. so she's just with her mum who presumably is the main carer for Sid whilst she lives her life and gets out and about .

And now, on the day the report comes out, he has thrown John Torode under the bus.
If it is true, then there is clearly a cultural problem at masterchef. Although, I don’t know how you can work with someone for so long and not call out/be aware of what Gregg was doing.

As Halister said it's all about keeping The Talent sweet, facilitating all "requirements" and turning a blind eye. As per Phillip Schofield and Russell Brand for example..Banijay have got history for this approach.

Wallace just wont accept he's the problem, will he. Now throwing torode under the bus.
Wow he and Wynne Jones are so similar. Wynne Jones chucked Jamie Borthwick under the bus - presumably for not publicly defending him.
I presume that's Greggg's motivation too.
