What the fuck is wrong with her. Imagine your manager posting that publicly…
It’s completely wild - imagine being one of the candidates she’s interviewed and is now whinging about meeting and having to induct?! It’s enough to put anyone off tbh…

Also like… I love interviewing and inducting new starters, I love meeting loads of brilliant people and making sure they feel comfortable and happy (interviews are also for candidates to check out their prospective employer after all), I love working out structures and where people can fit… It’s very telling she says she “can’t even get any work done”. This is work. If you don’t love it greg and don’t consider it’s a job worth doing well, find someone else who actually does want to do it you absolute weirdo.

Well I hope the people she interviewed today for that personal PA role saw her unhinged stories and ran for the hills.

As someone with adhd I get rejection sensitivity- if I saw her stories and had applied for a job, I’d be so uneasy and awkward about onboarding. I’d be certain That I was wasting her time. It would be an awful way to start a job- if I accepted and started at all. Hell, neurotypical ppl would find it awful too. She needs to think about how some of these rants effect her staff. Maybe she wants to be a martyr to her new staff

1. Her saying “who would hire the HR team? It’s literally endless there’s no solution” when her story a couple days ago lit said “taking ownership over the inevitable obstacles to you feeling on top of things is self care (…) there are things that are annoying but inevitable and you have to take ownership over how to tackle them rather than just being annoyed”

I can’t believe she thinks to delegate cleaning her house and booking her appointments but refuses to delegate work a thousand times more complex that would be a thousand times easier in the hands of someone that knows it really well….because it’s too much work to delegate it apparently?

She doesn’t seem to think in the long term at all! No wonder she has to do a brand new to do list every day

I'm still confused, does she write her to do list twice? In her planner and on her stories? what a waste of time

It doesn’t seem very CEO-mentality of her to not have someone or a team to do the early stages of interviewing candidates. Most CEs that I’m aware of or in my country (not the UK) only get involved in final interviews if relevant to the role. And definitely not involved in onboarding

I think it shows how junior a CEO she is (in the views of other Tala management) if they're getting her to do onbaording.

Also, her stories are screaming "we have a high turnover" as it implies there are no other staff that have been around long enough to do the recruitment and onbaording, and they have to work out where they will sit in the team each time (rather than having established job descriptions and finding someone with experience to match).

exactly this! we have an onboarding process and training portal so basically anyone could walk in off the street and be up to speed in a very short time - it's pretty standard practice

And a good HR person would be able to set that up. Just shows she hasn’t ever worked for any business other than her own and despite speaking at all these business conferences she has no knowledge of actually running a business.

I bitch about a few influencers on here but the one I honestly think is the worst really is Greg. her incessant paragraphs of absolute shite, the obvious fact that she is dim, her terrible frumpy style, her now-fucked-up face, her vanity, her fake sustainable branding, her fake veganism, her cunty narcissism, her deadbeat boyfriend, her endless ENDLESS holidays, her acting like the millionaire lifestyle is normal, her shit advice to young girls and her utterly ridiculous bikini top sizing just sends me into an absolute rage. HOW has she got even one follower let alone a million (questionable as to how real they are) ?????? someone needs to walk up to her in the street and give her a slap and I volunteer

Currently looking to change careers and I would intentionally avoid any company with posts like these.

And her saying then having to do it all again or whatever it was, sounds like potential hires dropping out at the last minute which is not a surprise

That’s when they find out what the actual salary is going to be.

It’s insane she has ever claimed to care about sustainability whilst also recommending a 4x4 as a necessity in Greece as the wildfires rage on
God she just doesn't care about anyone other than herself. Watching the world burn as she becomes an ethical billionaire

why is he always at every event with her looking like a fool, you'd think he'd ditch the comically oversized suit after those awkward pictures from the last premiere.

she’s constantly in clothes that are too small and his are too big why is this so funny to me ahhaha

Also it’s Grace, the posh twat. It won’t be a base 4x4. It’ll be the top of the Range Rover with the biggest engine…

So much BS in one story.

- I don't get why him being rehomed as a puppy (3-4 months if I remember rightly) explains why he has a suite of psychological problems? Especially as he was never in a shelter. She's acting like he was abused or something. Not denying that a puppy switching families could result in some anxiety problems, but I don't think that can fully account for the severity of his separation anxiety. Ultimately he was rehomed, which yes is a stressful event, but the kicker is that his new owner was constantly coming and going and leaving him with different friends and family in the first year of his life.
- The classic “I HAD to buy a maltipoo because they’re hypoallergenic” - she always needs to have a justification for why she is the exception, and can’t just admit she wanted a cute designer breed. She’s lived with a dachshund and her family dog wasn’t hypoallergenic either.

I think this story is her preempting criticism for getting a designer puppy from a breeder, so that she can say it was the best option for Ziggy’s trauma/he’s scared of dogs that cost less than £2000/some other BS.
