Her justification for needing that specific breed which happened to be a designer toy breed is that he was """hypoallergenic""", when I'm pretty sure her old family dog wasn't a hypoallergenic breed and she grew up with those huge fluffy cats!! Also even more ironic now that she doesn't care about a pandemic that would apparently kill her with her one lung or whatever she bangs on about but can't handle a bit of sneezing around a dog
Gotta agree with this. PhD student and PT lecturer here with PhD work to do and 50 essays to mark, do I have time to print out articles and read over a lazy brekkie? No. Am I less educated as a result? No. Her behaviour is toxic and does nothing to support...anyone??
This!! I love reading, but I read things that are fun or related to my job in an interesting way. Not every book has to mean something. Books are just there to be enjoyed. (I’m also catching up with this thread and you lot make excellent points, all the time.)Completely agree with this! I have to read vast amounts of paperwork every day in my job so I barely enjoy reading for fun anymore. If I am in the mood, I'll read something I enjoy like Harry Potter or lord of the rings
