All this Dubai Lux crap makes me laugh it's very much Dubai hotel look.
They have clearly never been in genuine high end Dubai houses or they would know cream furniture isn't a thing, most go for dark tones because the walls and flooring are usually white and due to the amount of light you get through those big windows white is just so bland.
Big heavy dark wood furniture is seen as far more classy, a true statement of wealth than glass and monochrome.
Those big statement windows in central parts of the house are often left bare the curtains detract from the window plus they are tinted so it's not like people can see in.
