She’s a damn disgrace. Shame on anyone donating! Go grieve your boy. Urgh she’s vile, I hope Dilly is in a better place.

I’ve seen this and find it odd too. Over £100k now.

Latest update says: “Your support is making a significant difference in her life, providing her with the stability and care she needs during this unimaginably difficult time.”

How can it be making a significant difference already? It’s been 24 hours since she lost her entire family. Sounds weird.

“We’re having a small quiet funeral for family and friends”
So if that’s the case why the need for ANOTHER gfm? She’s actually foul.

Hasn’t even been a day. I think when she can no longer exploit dilly's cancer she’ll move on to Aiyla’s autism
*Help us raise £50k to take Aiyla to an Autism curing herbal Doctor in America*

Amy pretty much saying they will stop his pain medicine if they need to, so they can put more blood/plasma in. You'll literally keep him in pain just to keep him alive to be in more pain. Its just wrong. They should be keeping him as pain free as possible even if it means the worst.

Here’s a thought. Why doesn’t she just ring the SEN department rather than try to grift a place through her followers. What does she think this will achieve? Jump ahead of other families fighting for a place because she might have a large following/contacts? Why is her child more important than other children in the area needing a place at a specialist school?

No posting pictures of Dilly’s face as she wants to keep his dignity but shows his distended, yellowed, blood blistered belly instead.

Does dignity only involve the face? 🙄

Ffs! Give the poor girl some privacy. She’s already had her face splashed all over social media. Now people want a monthly update on her life 🤬
Just because you donated to the gfm, that she didn’t ask for, doesn’t give you the right to dissect her life for however long you’re expecting them to update you.
I agree with everything people have said about this gfm, the wording is so off. Less than 24hrs in and he’s telling people the money has made a significant difference to her life (or words to that effect) and how she’ll be over the moon etc to receive a message off certain celebs. Part of me is wondering if that is just a ploy to get the story out to as many celebs as possible, in the hope they will donate a large amount of money.
When I heard the money will be going directly to her aunty I did raise an eyebrow, as it’s supposed to be for Poppie, not her aunty. I’m sure she will get money to look after her now anyway? The money should be put into a trust fund for Poppie, after maybe some has been used for the funerals and possibly her immediate needs. She’s just lost her whole family and I don’t feel like they are letting her grieve or deal with it in her own way. Nothing will make her “over the moon” 🙄 at the moment.

The family defending Disney Nans decision not to pay for travel insurance “she didn’t know she was going to get ill…..you can’t argue with stupid
So she…..
Traveled with her 2 adult unemployed sons and autistic grandson.
The nan has COPD, Artrial Fibrillation - requires lots of meds and inhalers, walking frame or wheelchair at all times.
DM has estimated on average so far that the hospital bill will be sitting at 57k and that she will medically need 130k assisted flight home…The GFM has raised 31k….but the article does mention she owns her own home.

The point of the article was to explain and hope they can gain some public sympathy and raise more cash. All they have done is piss folk off more cause all the top comments are how can 2 unemployed adults(Sons) in their 40’s enjoy a 3 week Disney holiday to Florida?

Stumbled across this thread as I’m scrolling tatttle because I can’t sleep. I can’t sleep because my husband is in hospital again - he was diagnosed with cancer in the summer. When he was diagnosed, so many people asked us if we had a gofundme because they wanted to donate money. I’ve never set one up. Partly because we have the nhs, so it’s not like we’re paying for treatment. But also because I’m lucky enough to earn a decent wage, so even with him only getting statutory sick pay, we’re still able to keep afloat. We’re down £2k per month but managing. Would it be nice to have extra money for home improvements/ takeaways/hospital parking fees? Of course it would. Am I desperate for that money? No, and it would feel wrong to take it.

Amy on the beg again for “dilly’s den”
A mural costing £3500? Sorry but I think that’s a total piss take. I’m sure children who are really poorly or end of life care aren’t fussed for a mural especially costing so much?! She is such a scamming cow and I actually can’t stand them and the way they have completely tried to take advantage of Dillans illness and passing by coining it in for their own personal gain. It’s sickening.
Yes the play area will be nice once (if) it’s complete and the children deserve it more than anything but they have taken SO much money and are still asking for more.

I personally think that any children (and sometimes even adults) who are given a terminal diagnosis should receive an independent guardian/advocate who works with both medics and parents to ensure that they aren't put through unnecessary treatments that add nothing to life quality. Time and time again you see parents who refuse to accept medical advice, get onto Google and find some hospital offering snake oil treatment for £s and kids are dragged around the globe for. I know you want to do anything to keep a child alive, it's human nature but you also need to prioritise quality of life over quantity and I don't think parents are always the best judges of this.
THIS!!!!

I have a friend abroad who did this. Most of her family hates her for accepting and just waiting for him to finally die. But she is a nurse and she knows more than they do. She has seen how some parents refuse to accept and just put the patient through so much discomfort as she says for "them not the patient! "

They want the patient alive at all cost which is really not worth it in almost all cases!

5 years on now she has the most fondest memories of life with her boy. He passed from leukemia at 9. She spent 8 months just enjoying life with him till he passed.

I think it's disgusting that people expect the NHS to pick up the tab. If you've not been paying NI and income tax here, then fuck off frankly.

You shouldn't be allowed to leave the country without some form of travel/health insurance. Whenever my children go away on their own they take it out, they have never had to use it but it's there to cover them if they need to!

Same here. I 100% expected her to do this. She is going to keep it going, similar to Cashley Cain and Safiyya Vorajee.

I obviously would not wish the pain of losing a child on my worst enemy. But there's no denying that some people see it as a way to make money for their luxury lifestyle. 🥴

There needs to be a crackdown on the setting up of GoFundMe for everything and anything, imo. It's become altogether too easy for just about anyone to take money, in this way, often probably from those who can least afford to give it.
How many GFM has she had in the last 12-18mths? Surely after the first one you'd sell anything so you wasn't in the position to have to ask again! She is and was using her child's illness and now his death an easy way to get money! It's disgusting!
---
She's an absolutely vile human being. Surely her focus should be guiding her children through the loss of their brother, rather than begging people for money?! She says she wants to make up for lost time with them, but she's not exactly putting them first now.
Next thing will be throwing herself into finding out everything about autism, and ways she can help Ayla! Possibly a GFM for a sensory/water room for her 🙈

Anyone who contributes to someone’s medical bills because they were too cheap to take out travel insurance is beyond hope
