We did have a poster on here a few years back, like that- made a few salient points that a lot of posters agreed with on here , re issues that we've all raised, but they ended up bowing out because ( I think) they could see the damage coming in Society and all they wanted to do was to live quietly as they wanted to without treading on Women's toes.

So do I have this right? Upton apparently witnessed a patient safety breach from Peggie but said nothing until the Xmas Eve incident when she confronted him in the changing room and said his presence was inappropriate/made her uncomfortable?
After that he was up until the early hours of Xmas morning emailing colleagues and the BMA? And only then did he raise the alleged safety breach?
Well that’s all very convenient isn’t it?
Not to mention the convenience of editing the minutes of a meeting after the recording had already been deleted so nothing could be verified.

It's frustrating that wins seem to have to come from believing in GC views isn't it? we should be able to say 'he's a bleeping man' and leave it at that. Hopefully, the more of these wins then legal clarification will come.

(It is a completely different case, in every way obviously, but it reminds me a little of the Wagatha Christie case as it became known, where Rebekah Vardy obviously didn't think any further than having her day in court, showing off her outfits, as opposed to actually having to back up her accusations with evidence.)
