Was listening to a murder podcast the other day (as you do!) and the story was about what we would now class as a pre menstrual woman with depression/anxiety - and she was committed to a sanitarium for ‘hysteria’

Okay, that would be me gone in one so but seriously, in Ireland people would have others (typically widows) committed so they could take ownership of their land

I genuinely believe that trans is not a thing and can never be a thing. It's either someone who is same sex attracted or feels they don't fit gender roles, an AGP or someone who is mentally ill - EVERY SINGLE TIME. The concept of there being a genuine trans person is a misnomer. Just because they are enjoying their delusional fetish in private doesn't mean we have to believe it. Once you accept that then the rest is easy. Men are men and women are women. We can stop tying yourself in knots about how to accommodate the genuine ones. When has a man every bent over backwards to accommodate a woman? never!

To be honest, I have no issue with fetishes & kinks, as long as it's between consenting adults & kept private. The problem with TRAs is they expect all other people to go along with it in public so therefore it isn't mutually consensual, often involves minors and it's not kept private.

Yep I would read it as the same, but surely they should have a mention of sex? or is it because you can't advertise for female only or male only candidates apart from a few very specific job types, but you probably can't even do that any more now because of the whole gender fiasco?
Maybe someone who knows HR better than me will be along with an better answer soon!

Agree. I don’t care if someone is trutrans. I don’t care if they have a GRC. I don’t care if they’ve had all the surgeries. I don’t care if they’re quiet and unassuming. They still haven’t changed sex.
