5 min break in proceedings..... The reason Naomi is questioning and wanting to know the exact timeline and see all of the emails is becoming clear.
It appears there was a delay of about a month when he was waiting for BMA response before he gave full details of what he says was the Hate Incident in the changing rooms, then he is saying he can't find the email or has any recollection of BMA response.
The point is that if he was claiming a serious patient at risk incident happened at Halloween, why did he wait until after the Xmas Eve incident to report it. Naomi suggesting that he was awaiting advice re this from BMA as he should have reported the patient risk issue immediately.... and there would be implications to him personally as he had not reported it sooner.
He is denying any advice from BMA after his initial contact.

I saw that but I've since googled and noticed a few places do the same. They state 'gender, including gender reassignment' and no mention of sex. To me, I read that as tacit approval of t's.
Nope, it's "sex" and "gender reassignment". Watch out for places using Gender Identity too as that's not law. They can add things to their equality statements but the 9 protected characteristics are the law.

ahh your summary makes more sense to me now. Even if the patient safety incident was true, he was more concerned about repercussions for him than the patient safety. Alongside it just being an add-on to the hate incident anyway. (I don’t believe it’s true at all but look at it as even if it was).

Funny how he can’t remember his calls with the BMA but can remember he was waiting for them!

Agree - sometimes organisations will add protections in as 'extended good practice' (i.e. advised by campaigning bodies 🙄) but they should not be omitting individual protected characteristics, which are legal requirements.

What a horrible, disingenuous man he is. He really thought he'd get away with only giving half a story and everyone would clap and cheer how stunning and brave he is.
I bet he has a shelf full of 'participation trophies.

I also can't believe that NHS Fife deleted the recording of his meeting with them before they had checked with him that all the details were recorded correctly.
What an absolute tit show!

So hospital certainly knew he had no GRC, he didn’t want it in investigation notes as he knew Sandie had been seeking the answer.

Laughing at the irony of how he didn’t want to get involved in a long process / scrutiny.

Naomi is showing her employment law credentials so well in this questioning. She is on fire!
He is a complete rooster

He sounds just like Lucy Letby when she gave evidence.

He remembers everything that supports his case and can’t remember things that would implicate him. Everyone else is mistaken.

She’s leading up to why he didn’t report px safety issue immediately and he’s so self absorbed he can’t see it coming

Sinn Féin and the SNP fell into the ridiculous trap of being TRA because "the Brits are TERFs and we will oppose them on EVERYTHING!"

South of the border down Mexico way, in 2018 some thundering oinseachs thought this letter was a mortal blow to the Empire. It peaked me like Carrantoohill. I can't wait for this to be over, just to hear them wailing on BluesSky.

This is a quote from an open letter (2021) signed by some of the same people - need a Venn diagram. Signatories included the National Womens Council of Ireland, Amnesty , and loads of LGBEORWERIEOOQWE orgs.

I see Mary McAulife (UCD Gender Studies) is a signatory - she was whinging last week on X that there are not enough women in the cabinet in Dail Eireann - as was the NWCI who had a transwoman as one of their directors.

Judge objecting to NC using ‘immersive role play’ but she wasn’t directly asking that
