I agree with you. In no other situation in life are you required to put yourself at risk to save someone else. It’s just about control over women’s bodies.

I watch a lot of YouTube videos about style and fashion and keep getting recommended a channel where a TIM gives commentary on old makeover shows like What Not to Wear, America's Next Top Model etc and talks about how "misogynistic" they are. You've never experienced misogyny a day in your life, pal; so button it!
I wonder about that. She evidently knew she could go to jail for this (reportedly she made Google searches to that effect) so it doesn't make sense to go a route that would involve a hospital birth and evidence on record. But we don't always make rational decisions when we're desperate

I don’t know if anyone else is having the same problem but now when I click on things to ‘never show me again’ it just says ‘oops!’ and won’t let me? Doing it on purpose during Pride maybe 
In regards to the home abortion pills, were there policies in place to ensure that the pills were taken whilst supervised? What would be to stop someone getting pills and then not taking them until a later date, or even changing their mind and passing the pills onto someone else?

You used to have to take them in the presence of a nurse but I think during COVID the policy was changed and they were just sent out.
This is true. I lived with a girl who had an abortion during covid and she was incredibly unsupported. They sent her pills out on next day delivery and left her to get on with it.
There is going to be a massive scandal in years to come when the full impact of decisions taken during covid is known. Unsurprisingly, women and children suffered most, especially pregnant women.
You have well and truly made your point. I don’t see why it means so much to you what women do with their own bodies, it has literally no effect on you. You can’t even for a second contemplate what that woman was going through or how desperate she must have been. It says a lot about you.
Trying to order a home testing kit and have to be smacked in the face with it all. I know they want to be inclusive but bleeping hell, can we not even have ‘man/woman’ as a choice? I’m not A FEMALE. I AM FEMALE. There’s a difference. How come trans ‘woman’ is listed but not an actual woman? We have to be females? They get the word woman? Arghhh.
I thought non binary meant they didn't see themselves as male or female yet is quite clearly dressed as female and acting in female roles?

I have seen a lot of gloating on social media today because they beat Lea Michele for the award. I can see why (she allegedly used racist abuse towards a Black castmate on Glee - not Alex Newell) but a lot of the commentary carries not so subtle undertones of "this person is non-binary so deserves the award more than a woman" and/or "Lea Michele is racist so she must also be a TERF because any woman we don't like is a TERF"
Yes they get the word woman and we get the horrendous "cis" shoved at us. How I loathe that word.

I am really fed up of seeing this crap everywhere, how has it all come to this?
I think what made me scoff was the headlines claiming they are a groundbreaking person, first to win in that category… but they are still a man dressed like a stereotypical actress (hollywood glam frock, hair, makeup etc). They have literally done nothing different in terms of acting to a man or a woman, so i don’t understand the applause just because he is non binary. It’s pathetic. Award shows are fast becoming meaningless.
I honestly think in some cases (not all) it's just another form of attention seeking, I really do.
It really bothers me that so many TV and theatrical awards now include trans/non-binary people in the women's awards while the men's category is just for men
Erm, so Kirsty Blackman assumes that her chromosomes are XY....? Should someone who doesn't know basic biology really have a say in any parliamentary matters, let alone those relating to sex and gender?

Yes that's a good point. But I also think that LGB people need to know they can be LGB and not support the current trans agenda. There is so much pressure for everyone to kowtow to it so if you're fully in that community it has to be hard to speak out.
Also I just want to apologise for putting "ordinary people" and not "ordinary heterosexual people". Genuine mistake, no malice or homophobia intended.
