Just overheard some mums discussing this at the park, all very pleased about it!!! More of us than we realise
Amazing news. Also amazing it had to take 9 months of consultation but hopefully this will be it and it can't be appealed and questioned again and again. Hopefully this is a final decision.
Other sports, please take note.
So swimming, cycling, athletics and rugby are on board

I feel like this movement only progressed to this extent because we all had our eyes off the ball. The pandemic really let it get a foothold but now so many people have woken up to the reality of what this means for women and children.
I also think Sam Smith and his ridiculousness really highlighted the insanity and selfishness of the movement.
Honestly, it's only a matter of time before it's all going to crumble and it will 100% be the trans communities own fault because they failed to regulate their peers.
I will never again be taken in under the guise of "be kind" or "live and let live" so I really should be thanking them

Of course the discrimination that was women facing not being able to compete against average middle-aged males has taken a back seat until now.
This thinking (isn’t this mean to a certain subset of males??) really highlights the problem with law changes and societal pressure that X (which is not Y) literally IS Y. That has to be unwound.

This is a “violent act”, Emily has friends “getting hate crimed all the time”, and British Cycling are “furthering genocide.”
All because a male has been told to compete in sports events with other males rather than obliterating female sport.
Emily anticipates “cherry-picking” but of course taken separately or together, the statements made are absurd hyperbole if not out-and-out nonsense. Such posts must be challenged politely but firmly, and the insane claims of “violence” or “genocide” from males being told NO, in particular must be pushed back on.

I'm so pleased with this British Cycling decision!!
Any male that has won first place in women's sports needs to give up their medal and 1st place status and money and all female competitors need to be compensated and sack every person on the board that thought it was ok to include men.Then it will be fair. Only since there was a backlash, the sports bodies have taken notice. They would still be including men if the trans trend wasn't on the down turn.

Great news about Cycling!
No doubt they will all start speaking out about how unfair it will be in the open category for because the males have more testosterone than a trans woman
Obviously they are all about ‘fairness’ when it comes to their fight but not actual women, but duck us women hey, who cares about our rights
