Yeah I have to agree. If it is genuinely kept within a marriage/relationship and/or behind closed doors then that's where it should remain. But that's rarely the case. I've seen it first hand, men start watching porn at a young age, then look for more extreme stuff because "regular" porn doesn't do the trick, and it starts spilling into real life. Dressing up behind their wife's back, making profiles on hookup sites, sometimes even going the whole hog and cheating on wives/partners.In theory I don’t give a shit about what people do behind closed doors but I’m not going to lie about the fact I find it a bit repulsive and disturbing that men get some kind of sexual thrill out of dressing as women because ultimately it’s to do with women being somehow ‘lesser’ or inferior. It’s interesting and telling that it’s completely unimaginable that groups of women don’t meet up to dress in stereotypical male attire.
In general I think that the tacit acceptance of ‘kink’ and deviance in general has been nothing but a destructive force and a tool for boundary pushing and the gradual shoehorning into society of practices that ultimately end up being harmful to women and children. We’ve reached the point where kids of 15 and 16 talk about being ‘subs’ or ‘doms’ FFS and where being seen as ‘vanilla’ is considered social suicide.
