if a woman did it she would be arrested for indecent exposureIf a non trans comedian took their kit off and danced around the stage there would be uproar. I guarantee it.
Only if it wasn’t an attractive or non-heterosexual woman- if it was it would be ‘empowering’if a woman did it she would be arrested for indecent exposure
I apologise in advance and mean no disrespect, but does this mean a female that has transitioned to male?See I don't have an issue with this.
The word woman is still there and there is the added "people with a cervix" to cover trans men.
If it solely said people with a cervix I would be annoyed.
It is however ridiculous that trans women can register with a GP as female and would potentially get invites when they are neither women or people with a cervix.
I totally understand that people who have had all the surgeries and a GRC etc truly believe they are the opposite gender, but they cannot change sex and the fact that GRCs mean that medical records are basically falsified is ridiculous.
Yes that’s what it means. And don’t apologise for asking questions, that’s how the trans cult get away with things as they tell people not to question anything that seems… well.. questionableI apologise in advance and mean no disrespect, but does this mean a female that has transitioned to male?
yes, I would also argue a lot of cleaners who work for agencies are too, I know people who have been paying £7/hour (to the agency!) god knows how much, if any, money the cleaners get. I don't get how there hasn't been some kind of crack down on these nail salons and car washes, I know people who use them and whenever I point out "how do you think thye are earning enough when you pay £6 for your nails that take an hour?" it is like they have never considered it. I cannot decide if people are really that ignorant or just don't careAgree with all of this. A lot of people are unwittingly participating in modern slavery on a daily basis - car washes are a typical example of this - there is an app (UK based) called 'Safe Car Wash' which helps identify the signs of slavery. Nail bars are another example - the ones with lots of Vietnamese nail techs who don't have a word of English.
Yeh so covers those biological women who don't identify as women.I apologise in advance and mean no disrespect, but does this mean a female that has transitioned to male?
Most probably don't care, they are getting a product at a great cost .yes, I would also argue a lot of cleaners who work for agencies are too, I know people who have been paying £7/hour (to the agency!) god knows how much, if any, money the cleaners get. True, very depressing at how people just do not care at all isn't it?Most probably don't care, they are getting a product at a great cost .
Dubai and places like that do it big-scale.
Modern slavery is all around ( like its always been)
Housekeepers/ house assistants/ ' au pair' are another group
But all people with a cervix are women.Yeh so covers those biological women who don't identify as women.
Most will still have a cervix and need a smear test.
I personally think the wording "women and people with a cervix" is politically correct without erasing women.
I agree in principle. I am gender critical. However the NHS isn't going to ignore gender. But all people with a cervix are women.
For medical purposes, gender is irrelevant. Sex is what counts.
Whether you think you’re a woman or not, it’s by the by. If you have a cervix, you’re female.
It’s like a brain clinic saying “We scan everyone with a brain and also people who think they don’t have one.” Pointless extra words.
I love her videos.Have just discovered this woman on YouTube who has some great videos up. She's worth checking out.
bleeping hell, its insanityMicrosoft have unveiled a new inclusive pride flag
My very first thought was this is taking me back to Summer 2007…

This is what made me so mad last night. The women in the audience were all cheering and clapping in delight, and I'm thinking "Can you not hear what he is saying about us?"
I’ve got epilepsy and it’s not very inclusive to mebleeping hell, its insanity
These bleeping gimps need to grow up
That is NOT what happens. I have a GRC and no medical records are 'falsified'. Your GP is very well aware of your status post op. In my case my last five GPs as it was decades ago. The details of these major events are necessarily flagged up well on your record. They have to be given the need for annual blood tests once you get long enough post surgery and sending in the correct markers so the lab processes this properly.See I don't have an issue with this.

Isn't it illegal under the GRA to ask to see a GRC, or even ask if someone has one? That is NOT what happens. I have a GRC and no medical records are 'falsified'. Self ID might be an entirely different matter - it usually is with the nonsensical stuff it spouts - but has nothing to do with GRCs.
Remember only a little over 5000 people in the 67 million UK population have a GRC. Almost every one you see out there arguing about cervixes and pronouns do not have one. .Self ID cannot get you a GRC in the UK as of today and never has. So the GRA does not apply to these claims. Why I imagine they have started doing silly letters to patients asking for your pronouns to placate such people.
I get one from my GP a few months back asking which gender I wanted to identify as now! Because the NHS were being told to record it I suppose. I told them I did not have a Gender Identity - we shun the word transgender because we do not - the medical term for me is transsexual and differentiating matters. My records for the past 50 years with the NHS are very clear on my status as they have to be for ongoing care. So we talk abut it often in the surgery and nothing has changed from how it has been for decades. .
Transsexuals who have actually transitioned know well the need for correct monitoring. I have had regular breast screenings but am not invited to have a cervix exam. It would be ridiculous and no GP aware you are a post op transsexual would ask.
This validation nonsense is via self ID people with transgender identities seeking validating pronous and tests they dio not need as part of it. So the ones NOT having a GRC . Not the ones with a GRC who have been through the NHS process to get them which currently requires full medical disclosure of what has / has not been done to your body submitted by your GP. For obvious reasons of proper future care.
Self ID hates this 'intolerable and humiliating' questionning. That is people who do NOT change their bodies. As in most who are transgender.
This is one of many reasons why transsexuals ttrongly oppose self ID because WE cannot afford to identify out of biology, Our lives may depend upon doctors understanding our complicated bodies. Transgender pronoun declarers think words are immune to biology. We have lived by the importance of the complex facts about our body for decades and need our GPs to do so as well.
Changing a law written for 5000 people who have significantly atypical bodies to one for hundreds of thousands who think pronouns give you an imaginary cervix is not just wrong it is dangerously wrong and may kill people.
Welcome, we’re all really happy to hear your opinion on this as a genuine GRC holder! None of us are anti trans btw, we’re just anti the erasure of womens’ rights so don’t feel hurt if you see any comments like trans women aren’t women, we don’t mean to erase your experience which is really valid (sorry if that sounds patronising)That is NOT what happens.
