The thing I really appreciate is that both Gemma and Gorka are very realistic about fitness - they don't hide how hard they work and don't pretend you can look like that by simply doing a few HIIT sessions a week. But at the same time, they're very 'this is what works for me, but it's not for everyone', and have helpful, realistic suggestions about changes you can make - I found the short exercise routines they posted during the first lockdown really useful and motivating
I don't begrudge the fact that it's easier for them as they have a gym - they've worked hard for it and it's clearly not a fad for them and is a big part of their lives so they've been able to make the time for it. Good for them
(On a not unrelated note, I'm a bit fed up of so many fitness influencers flip-flopping from trend to trend based on what is popular right now. Just makes me question how seriously they take it and whether it's just all about engagement for them)
